Just average for me. I was hoping for better taste but it wasn't for me

Way too fatty. Wasn't fond of the taste. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the first roll and now stuck with 2 others.

I can't remember where I originally tried this but I liked it so much that I found it on Amazon and purchased a three pack.I put two in the freezer and one in the refrigerator that lasted me several days as I snacked on it with cheese, Ritz crackers, and roasted almonds as my evening snack.Of course you could do so many other variations with this meat including charcuterie board, sandwiches, adding it to salads... the list is endless!So much better than the cheap stuff you can get at the local grocery stores. I compare the quality to The expensive Hickory Farms brand.I'll definitely buy this again.Excellent flavor and it's not greasy!

I LOVE sausage & this didn't disappoint! Great flavor, not greasy because it's very lean. I will reorder. I was getting from Swiss Colony, but I don't pay shipping thru Amazon, so I will be re-ordering for certain.
