This product was nicely packaged and very appealing right out of the box. The only downfall was that I had to ask my husband to help me get it out of the packaging. I followed the provided instructions and fluffed the shredded foam prior to use. The pillow is well-made with quality materials. The pillow case has a quilted pattern and is soft. The pillow is firm, but comfortable.Night 1 - I could tell right away that this pillow helped to support and align my spinal column. It is firm, yet comfortable. It stayed cooler than a standard pillow. I used it for about 4 hours before switching back to my “old” pillow, NOTHING against Royal. My neck/shoulder muscles are so tense that laying on the Royal pillow felt like it was realigning my spine and stretching my muscles, (almost like using a traction device) which is what I need. I have high hopes that this pillow will soon help to relieve the tension that often leads to migraine headaches.Night 2 - I slept about 6 hours on the Royal pillow. I woke up with less tension in my neck and had better range of motion. It was almost like I had been in a cervical traction device. I feet pretty good overall.Night 3 - I slept on the Royal pillow comfortably all night (side and back sleeper). My neck feels even better today. I am really impressed with this pillow and hope to try out the weighted blanket next. Great product @RoyalTherapy.

Absolutely fantastic pillows. Highly recommended and worth the price.

I bought this exact same pillow during the pandemic in 07/2020. It was firm, plush and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud at the relatively affordable price of $32.99. I got an apartment near my work so ordered the same pillow, now at $59.99. The 2024 version has half the memory foam as my 2020 pillow did. Is there a supply chain issue with memory foam? I looked into it and there doesn't appear to be. Is inflation 50% since 2020 for pillows? I don't think so either.The 2024 pillow is still firm and supports my neck as I am a side sleeper, and I do sleep well, but the magical fluffy plushness is gone. I'm just tickled (not like in a fun way like a pillow fight jumping up and down giggling in a bed of feathers but more like being bound and tickled at the feet and all you want to do is kick but can't) they are now charging twice as much and giving their consumers who may be purchasing this for the first time and wouldn't have known that this is in fact half the pillow of what they used to sell. My 2020 pillow is still holding up well to this day, so it is a durable product.

Great quality, comfortable to sleep in. Helped my neck pain. I purchased 2 last year and love them!

First, I want to mention that I use my body pillow when laying in bed watching TV with my pillows on top. (Body pillow not used to sleep) but,While I never make a habit of buying the same type of item over and over just to return them--body pillows were the one exception and finding the right one became a full-on mission (it didn't even have to be PERFECT), but after buying (and returning) over 10 different pillows, this is the first one I’ve actually kept. And it’s PERFECT.Here’s what went wrong with the others:- Shorter than advertised (INFURIATING and COMMON issue)- Too thin or lacked any real support- Lumpy and uneven- Pillows would constantly slide off from on top of.- Some flattened in front but bunched up in back causing me to have to keep flipping them to the “fuller” side.Etc.This pillow is the bees knees (that's a saying. People say that.), and is the correct (advertised) length, my bed pillows stay put without sliding off, no more flipping, perfect height/thickness, etc.Lastly, with how terrible all of the other pillows are, I didn't expect to find the perfect one, just one that wasn't completely AWFUL, but this one IS perfect!

I didn't realize that these were filled with shredded foam. It is in in the description but I guess it didn't register because the pillow I slept on was not and was very comfortable! I haven't found the right amount of foam yet for the pillows to be comfortable. Not what I was expecting for the price! I'm disappointed!

I was looking for some very comfortable pillows and I stumbled on Royal Therapy, believe me. I have no regrets, pillows are wonderful they're very soft and they retract quickly. I ended up purchasing 2. it took me a about 2 weeks for it to get here because I'm in Jamaica, and another week to make sure it was comfortable based on what was described about it.

The firmness and comfort of the pillow makes it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. It’s a keeper!
