I've only had this for 4 days, running 24/7 but I was kinda excited to review this. Initially I saw it was on sale for 15 bucks but then I read the reviews and it made me hesitant. A lot of people said it sucks. I bought it anyway since I only planned on using it for 2 months but it's damn good. I suspect some people here just didn't know how to use it. If you fill it to the "max" line, there will barely be any mist. Product designer messed up by not makgin the max line the "optimal" line, which they do have also. If you fill it up to there only the mist shoots higher and larger than any other humidifier I've ever owned. The angle is also perfect too. I've had humidifiers shoot out at 45 degrees and the thing will wet my carpet. This thing is probably 80 degrees or higher. The mist shoots high and falls just enough forward to not land on the table. At the optimal line, I estimate it lasts around 5hrs.I also love the no spill design. By this I mean other humidifiers have you remove the whole container and fill it with water and it has a spring loaded plug on the bottom. When you put the container in the humidifier base, the plug opens and water goes in and touches the transducer. What happens is the plug doesnt have a tight seal and can leak as you move the container. The container also always has some weird shape that makes it hard to fill. This one on the other hand only has to open the top and pour water in. You need your own pitcher but it's much easier to fill and never leaks. However, it's possible the transducer will leak in the future. I didn't check its construction but other humidifiers that have failed on me have had the seal around the transducer leak. It's designed to fail. A leak proof design would have a sealed transducer sit inside the tank and have only the small hole for wire sealed. This design would never leak and it's obvious it was designed to fail after a certain time period.As for the noise, don't put it next to your head and the noise is quite tolerable. It's lower than fish tank. Also the night light is a nice touch, the thing looks great.At 15 bucks, this product is amazing. If I was living in the harsh winters that I used to be in again, I'd buy 3 of these and survive the winter for only 45 bucks. Most cheap humidifiers fail after 3 months anyway and they usually cost 40 dollars and their mist isn't as good as this one. If this fails on me in under 2 months, I'll come back to give it 3 stars but for now, it deserves 10 stars. Tips for this, fill up to optimal line only. Have a pitcher of water next to it so you can refill easily. Leave the light on for style and it helps to see how low the water level is too.edit: so I've had it over 1 month now. I run it 24/7. The thing is still going strong. Probably the best humidfier I ever had even in the 40 dollar range but this cost only 15!!!!

I use this to keep music equipment slightly hydrated. One thing to note is that these humidifiers need to break-in a bit. So after using it for about a week, I noticed it started working better and better where the vapor becomes more variable with the knob position. No complaints here.

I had been using my vicks humidifier since I need a humid environment due to an eye condition. I live in Arizona so I needed a cool mist solution with a larger tank. This one works well but it was hard to clean. I couldn't get the tabs on the lid to pop so I could clean that which mean I needed to clean it mire frequently. I was finally able to do so. I have only had it a month. There was so much mold I'm the parts of the lid. I finally used the tip of a bottle opener to pop the tabs.

Pretty simple and effective. Just pull off the top, fill in clean water to or below water line and plug it in. Turn on the knob and the light button is to the right of it.

The media could not be loaded. Simple to use. Don't forget to do they want you within 7 days to get the full year of grade full replacement warranty,on page 2 to know your ultra Sonic humidifier number 5 air outlet I have no idea about that piece or could I even find a video with that piece and I bought two of them and either one of them came with it and it works just fine drove myself crazy trying to figure that out so there y'all go if y'all have that question like I did. It could be part of the inside that does not come out at all that has a yellow tag on the inside giving you the level indicator... That's probably what it's talking about.And on how to use a product it says you can use quality essential oils, I would suggest always using distilled water so you don't get the mineral deposits, it also says to clean the water tank every 2 or 3 days to prevent molding and getting improved health benefits use distilled vinegar only.Very quiet. It does not turn off when the water runs out it has a red light indicator and you will have to manually turn the knob to turn it off or unplug it. Holds 7 cups of water to the optimal line and 8 cups to the max line.

This is a lifesaver for my 19 year old kitty. He gets snotty eyes and ears, and shakes his head all night miserable. And we have tried every doc/home remedy we could find and spent lots of money. Finally this cool mist little beauty has gave our cat a life worth living again!Unsure why people have issues with it blowing. Whenever it is not blowing I just turn the blower or lift it up and set it back down until I see it blowing again. Simple! And when it runs out of water- it does not shut off- but it is perfectly safe and does not overheat or even get warm.

I had this product for just over the return window and it suddenly stopped working. Just stopped, very annoying. I didn't want to have to return it in the first place, and now I can't. Just fabulous

Much easier to clean & fill than my last humidifier (which only lasted 6 mos of daily usage -hoping THIS brand lasts longer...) I do appreciate it's ease-of-use, but wish its nightlight offered the option of one steady color (not crazy about the rainbow sequence of colors, but OK, it doesn't have to be turned on. Still, would've loved it more if it had just a soft, one-color nightlight.) But again, greatest feature is that it's so easy to fill and clean, so thumbs up for that.
