2024 Jeep Wrangler 600 lb tongue limit
Installed the WD package and all parts fit and worked perfect. Instructions are good and product is excellent. You do need to have the necessary tools to install the large bolts and to torque them properly, air impact is the only way to do this. It isn't difficult, just time consuming. The hitch dropped 4" prior to the install and with the WD it drops 2" and the drivability was improved drastically. I'm pulling a 2500lb TT empty weight, single axle, 14' long.

Good Value - and Addressing Other Misleading Reviews
Most of you know that Reese is a well-known name in the hitch hardware space. I bought this for a 24-foot, <4000 pound travel trailer. Instructions are adequate but if this is your first weight distributing hitch you might want to get help from a friend who is familiar with them since the instructions gloss over some points which may become important later (like weight transfer to the front wheels). Assembly was straightforward and the hitch worked fine for the 2 years that we owned that camper. Some concerns raised in other reviews should be addressed. First, the reviews highlighting poor shipping are not reviews of the product. Poor shipping reviews skew the reviews of the product itself. Second, while the construction of this hitch is fine, it doesn't employ all the sway control methods that other more expensive hitches can provide. It provides decent control for a very decent price, but if you need more sway control, you will have to pay more. And third, you can buy more shims to take up any excess space in the hitch head. They give you one, though I didn't need any. Yes, it would be nice if they gave you a couple shims, but shims are about $6, chump change compared to the cost of the hitch, or the cost of the trailer, or even the hassle of returning the hitch for want of a simple $6 shim.OK, all that said, this is an excellent value for a hitch that provides some sway control. It's a step above chain-based weight distribution hitches, and at under $300 (2022) it's a very solid buy. If you know what you're buying, this is a 5-star hitch.

Slow customer service response
Arrived on time, packaged extremely well, and was typical high quality Reese product. A shim was provided to address a fitment problem, with instructions to call tech support if an additional shim was needed. Have been waiting 8 days for the needed shim, sure would like to get this hitch put together and installed.

Junk, choose something else
If I could give this zero stars I would. I’m not usually this critical but this thing has been a nuisance at best and a death trap at worst.About 2 hours into towing the entire hitch slid out of my hitch receiver, the hitch pin had disappeared despite being properly secured with the provided pin. If we had been going any faster we could have died or been seriously injured. We had to pay a traveling mechanic to come, lift the whole trailer, and then supply us with a replacement hitch pin. Honestly, if that was the end of it we might have just moved on.The sway bar on one side became impossible to remove after only 9 days of use. We had to remove the hitch, flip it upside down and then remove it.And then, the tool to remove and place the sway bars bent after only 10 days of use. It is completely useless now.At the end of our trip (11 days) the whole unit looked 10 years old.Honestly, choose something else. This thing could kill someone. For context, our trailer is just under 8,000 pounds and we got the model for 12,500 pounds. Our truck is a 2021 Chevy Silverado.

Great value easy install
This is a great value for the money. It works great on my 10000lb trailer and tracks very well. Almost no sway even at highway speeds. Was easy to set up and came with very good instructions.
