I have purchase this twice, first for my 96 year old mother who finds it to be an excellent way to be sure and take her medications twice a day. It worked so well that we ordered one for my brother! Setting it up is very easy if you follow the directions on the brochure that's included. You just set the time and day, and then set the times you want the morning and evening alarms to go off. Not only does it sound the alarm, but it lights up the individual pill compartment that you need to take at that time. It's well made, and ensures that no mistakes or forgotten medications occur. Great product!

This has been an amazing product. I have struggled with making sure I don't take the same medication twice a day. I have struggled with overdosing accidentally. I have struggled with being able to find my medication. This has been an amazing product. I love that the light flashes longer than the sound after you hit the next button so that I don't have to sit and listen to it while I'm taking it. The light makes it easy to find the medication. There is Braille on each of the medical medication compartments and I love that. If I were to make a recommendation for improvement it would be I'm visually impaired so it would be nice to have some haptic feedback in the compartment with the light. I know this would make it a little more expensive but that would be an amazing feature for the visually impaired and as people get order older they begin to lose their vision. Thank you for such an awesome product. It's really made a difference and how I feel everyday.

I bought this for my mom who needs reminders to take her meds. I set it up for her and it was great reminding her to take her meds, but it went off at 3:00 AM every night as well and woke her up. I checked the settings…took out the batteries…reset it. Still went off. I exchanged it for a new one and tested it before giving it to her to make sure she wasn’t doing something to cause the extra alarm. Same thing. It worked for me on time, but it also went off in the middle of the night and other random times. I see by the reviews it’s a common problem. Wish I had read them before. I need for my mom to get sleep at night, so I’ll return the second unit and keep looking for a better alternative.

I have tried everything to help my mom to remember to take her medication. Even tho this product was much more money than what I wanted to spend, it was worth it. My 89 yr old mother always forgets to take her meds. However, this product has helped tremendously with her taking it. The only cons would be I wish the sound alarm was a bit more loud and it would’ve been nice to plug it in to charge it instead of batteries (would be nice to alert you when batteries are getting low). Pretty good product!

easy to set up. I am using it for am and pm meds so I added red dots for am and blue dots for pm to pill containers with a paint pen. i did this because i am using for my brother in law who has alzheimer's and he sometimes doesn't wait for the alarm. there's no lock to prevent opening so this won't work when his condition worsens.

This is the best pill dispenser on the market.once you set it up it’s foolproof.i take 5 pills a day ,2 in the morning 3 at night and the secret is to have a daily routine.i take the morning pills when I brush my teeth ,and night when I brush my teeth. I skip all the alarm set ups on this unit and mark one side AM and the other side PMEACK PILL BOX HAS THE DAY ON IT SO AFTER TAKING THE PILLS I DEPOSIT THE EMPTY PILL BOX IN THE BOWL.SO THAT PART OF THE DAY IS NOW EMPTY,TURN IT AROUND FOR PM ,SAME DEAL.SO IF YOU LOOK AT THE PILL DISPENSER AND THE DAY IS STILL THERE ,YOU KNOW YOU HAVENT TAKEN THE PILLS . FOOLPROOF,WORKS EVERYTIME
