No, the necklace does not come with any fragrance of its own😊.I have been looking for something like this locally, and gave up after no success at either the fair or the malls. Amazon has a pretty varied selection of these EO pendant necklaces, so it took a while to sort through them, but I think I came up with the prettiest one on the nicest chain. Time will tell if this silver-plated heart on a chain will tarnish or dull; but thus far, it's staying bright and pretty.Been wearing my pendant for 3 days now, each time with a different lava stone and essential oil. I am loving this! Before, I would have a routine in the morning before leaving for work, that involved mixing my EOs with carrier, then dabbing it on strategic pulse points. Now it's quicker and simpler with this necklace to just add one drop to the stone to refresh it, or change it out. This way, I can smell the EO without having it all over my body and forcing everybody around me to smell it as well (I love the way EOs smell, but it's an individual thing, so I don't expect everybody else to love my choices). Also, I think this poses less risk that the EOs will end up staining my clothing accidentally. The scent soaked into the stones, stays strong for the whole day. When I need to "recharge" my senses, I pause and pull the pendant heart out and hold it close to my face for a few seconds. The length of this chain is ideal for nestling just below the neckline of my t-shirts and blouses, staying hidden right in that hollow above the cleavage: so nobody will be able to tell I'm wearing it. But it IS very pretty, so I sometimes leave it out..So far, I can wholeheartedly recommend this necklace 💜.

Stunning! Love it! Love the colored spare stones. They hold scents really well. Nice long chain. Tightened the clasp with tweezers as instructed and havent had any issues with losing stones.

I love this! I've only had it a few days so I can't comment on durability but I just put a few drops of essential oil on the stone (let it absorb so it's not too corrosive to the metal) and then I enjoy the experience of long lasting "natural perfume" all day long!

I like the long sturdy chain, it fits over my head. The clasp is strong, and is on the side. I don't need to remove the chanin to open the "locket". The lava rock holds the essential oil sent for about 2 days. I am really glad I bought this.

Mom loves her necklace and it does well in releasing the essential oils over time. The rose pattern is more beautiful and elegant in person than what the pictures show. Mom loves wild roses and we were from a town of that name so I thought it would be a nice surprise for her. She loves the necklace very much! She uses a breathing trio whenever she has to spend time in the city and it really helps!I gave it 4 star, however, because the chain seemed chintzy and the clasp did not open properly. The necklace is long enough to slip over her head though and that’s how she uses it.

This necklace stole my heart. I love the style and the shade of pink and it looks exactly like the picture. It works really well with the oil and it brings the scents out like a nice subtle perfume. You can smell it, but it's not too much. I love to wear this necklace any time.

UPDATE: After gently pushing on both sides of the latch with a small pair of pliers the locket now latches securely. I can now wear it without fear of it popping open and losing my lava stone. I have updated my review of this product, because with a little tweaking it is now perfect!I just received it 2 hours ago. This necklace is very pretty, but it keeps popping open. I can't wear it without fear of losing the lava stone inside. Unfortunate, because it looks so nice. It does have a few places where the silver plating didn't stick well, but that doesn't bother me as much as the locket continuously popping open.

It was larger than I thought it would be, which is nice! It came with a total of 7 lave stones.The chain is a nice thickness so I have no worries about it breaking easily. It's also a nice length, as that was another concern but it is long enough that I can slip it on & off over my head without opening the clasp.I haven't tried opening the pendant yet, but it seems secure.Update: I was able to one the pendant without much trouble. It is a little snug, but I'd rather it be snug than worrying about it opening while I'm wearing it.

Bought as a gift but looks cheap and chain is to short as well since the rose is very bulky but it makes a great item to hang in a car.
