IDK if it's true neon. Went on sheer needed several coats.

Not good
This does not cover anything at all. It’s very sheer and you can see everything behind it. I’m not happy with this paint. It’s has more like a plasticity in it.

I love their neons they have beautiful pigment and or an amazing price or use them almost every painting they really pop out. I always get the pack with the neons and the bright colors because it such an amazing deal.

Bright as you like!
The most Necron of neon greens, absolutely great on a white base. Used this to paint up the "gauss reservoir" of a water pistol, and it came out brilliantly. The paint isn't as pigment rich as Games Workshop paints, and so I wouldn't recommend it for miniatures, but for life size painting it sure does work well. The image shows two coats of the neon green to lift the edges of the reservoir. Underneath are grey base coat, a green undercoat and white blending. The neon green was applied on top of the white only - it only took a small amount to get the impact. Will definitely use again!
