I tried these Fenugreek supplements to increase my milk supply after a period of not nursing my son. I was only producing a few drops of milk a day, and after taking these capsules for a little over 24 hours I was pumping about 1 oz each session. This is a far stretch from the amount he needs daily, but I am still in the early days of my relactation journey, but I was so so happy with this slight increase. Being able to give my son more than one full feeding of "mom's milk" a day is more than I expected to happen, and it was thanks to the Fenugreek!These capsules have a slightly sweet smell to them and are personally easy to swallow. I have been taking 3 capsules 3x a day without any side effects that I would consider negative. My urine and sweat do smell like maple syrup, but it's not terribly potent. I would highly recommend these to any mother seeking a simple and natural way to increase milk supply. Like any other supplement, they may not work the same for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot!

I love this herb! I am a nursing mom and had trouble pumping enough milk for my daughter while I'm at work during the day. I only have time to pump twice and usually only produce about 5 oz per pump. I've been taking Fenugreek for a few days now and have been very impressed with my supply. It has to be taken multiple times a day to work effectively. I took one at 6:30a before I left the house and was able to pump 10oz by 10:30am. I did not take another though and my 2nd pump I am back to pumping only about 5oz.I will definitely be purchasing more with the results I'm having.

I bought these to boost breastmilk supply. I can't say if this helped or not since I also increased my water intake as well as frequency of pumping. I take 5 capsules a day (recommended is 3-6) without any negative effects. If you're desperate like I was I would say it's worth a shot

I bought these pills to help with my milk supply since I am pumping at work, and currently not producing the amount he drinks while away from me. Not sure if these pills really work or not. I took 3 pills a day for a week and saw zero change. I finally upped my dosage to six pills a day and finally started to smell the "maple syrup". I don't pump on the weekends since I am home with my son. The smell came on a Saturday. The Thursday and Friday before and currently my son has been SUPER fussy and super gassy. The only change to my diet are these pills. After doing some research gassy is a side effect for you and the baby. I have stopped taking it as of today, Monday so I won't know if the pills actually help with milk supply. I really wanted them to work, but seeing my son so upset and fussy and not sleeping at night anymore, I choose to have a happy baby again than more milk.

I first took the fenugreek nature's way which worked really well at the beginning. After my lactation assistant recommend me yo stop drinking then because I have much milk she said. Too bad I did it, my milk production decreased and when I try to come back they didn't work the same again.Trying everything I can I read the reviews on this brand and decide to try. I am so thankful I did. They work after the 2nd day very well. I haven't been able to do exclusive lactating but my baby only takes one of formula. That makes me happy!

I used this for aiding lactation during my nursing period. I took them along with Blessed thistle capsules. This product worked to establish my supply, so I am very happy with it.However, my only issue with it is the price. There are other products out there which are cheaper than this, so I switched to them as I take a lot of these per day for a long period of time. Price is the only reason I switched and no other reason. If price is not a factor for you, I would totally recommend this product, especially for the purpose for which I took them.

I take fenugreek to help boost my breast milk supply since I have always had a low amount. I was given this product at a discount for my unbiased opinion.I notice an increase in my milk supply when I take this supplement and I will continue to take it on a regular basis. This brand compares well to Nature's Bounty. They both have a very strong scent of maple and increase my milk supply. Make sure you swallow them well, if you don't and the capsule dissolves, you will be left burping fenugreek powder, NOT pleasant! I'm very happy with this product!

This product is awesome. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. I went back to work and I was worried my supply would drop and it did so week 1 I ordered this pill. I was not taking it faithfully until yesterdya and we I say I see a HUGE different I am not exaggerating. I went from maybe a supply of 3 to 4 oz at a pump to now 5 to 8 oz. I am very grateful I will be able to continue to nurse my baby while having to return to work.
