I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it. It does not run me down like the standard vitamin B does. I have a bit of energy from them as well. I have been buying this product for over a year. I switched and felt the difference and came back to this brand.

THEY CALL THIS B COMPLEX BUT DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE CRUCIAL VITAMIN B1 WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE IVE SUFFERED WITH SYMPTOMS RELATED TO B1 AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY IT WASNT HELPING I HAD TO SWITCH TO OTHER PRODUCTS CANT BELIEVE IT. WILL NEVER BUY THIS STUFF AGAIN

Day 4 no difference from taking just regular vitamins

I am a certified functional nutrition counselor and I can tell you that this brand does their research! I find their ingredients to be of a high quality and the mix of vitamins makes sense as far as absorption goes. These pill are easy to swallow and didn't bother my stomach.
