3 are basically required but not much more than 3 for most scenarios
3 is very useful and unless you are aiming to do something very specific this will work. These use 3 USB ports (little usb dongles that connect wirelessly to the trackers) You will need at LEAST one 1.0 or 2.0 lighthouse basestation, but I use 2X 1.0 base stations with a 3.55mm cable to sync them and it works very well. I also use these with an oculus CV1 and use a steam vr app called space calculator to sync it (look up a youtube video). they can last about 5 hours or more, 4 hours minimum, almost 6 hours on a good day. takes about an hour or so to charge sometimes longer.

Overpriced and under-engineered, but functional
Overpriced for how they're made, doesn't come with a charger, battery capacity is far less than the wands and die long before, no way to attach to anything you can wear out of the box, terrible power button behavior, still using long outmoded micro USB, short cables on the required receiver for each tracker. These seem like an afterthought, and one that wasn't fully vetted. These are actually worth maybe $50 each. This kind of pricing is what you see when there's no market competition. They do the bare minimum of what they say and place the onus of figuring out how to make poorly designed equipment work.

Adds a lot to the VRChat experience
There's only one option for full body tracking at the moment and this is it! Nice sturdy little units.Being able to have your avatar express body language with more than just hands is fun and in the context of a VR chat application useful.

Perfect
Brand new trackers sealed in box and they have the blue triangle so they work with both 1.0 and 2.0 base stations. This bundle of trackers is a better Priced than buying all trackers separately

More than enough tracking
These are great, almost makes up for the idea that no straps come with it. But at least there's a USB for wireless features so that any tracker can pair with it. So if you use two trackers remember to use two wireless USB(s) and they won't need to pair with the same one it came with in the box.How many trackers do I need for VRchat max?3 trackers, VRchat can only track up to 3 but you can also play with ought trackers. I don't consider the controller as trackers but they do track by the base stations. But if I did then that be 5 trackers if I include controllers. There might be games that use more than 3 trackers but I haven't seen any yet.

Works well but extremely susceptible to reflection and Wifi interference.
I use these with an Oculus Quest 2 over Steam VR using a 5 ghz wifi 6 router. They initially had the following ptoblems: trackers constantly disappearing, flying away in VR, jittering, not being recognized by USB, unpairing from Steam, drifting, and other times tracking in a consistently warped/skewed fashion where turning one way would pull them in a particular direction. All of these different problems stopped with the following:1. I put an area rug over my playing area and removed a dehumidifier because the appliance and a hard satin vinyl floor surface reflects enough IR to confuse them! Windows and glass causes issues too.2. Turning off all 2.4 ghz Wifi transmission on all routers solved tracking, pairing and jittrring/disappearing issues. In this case it was my internet gateway router and the LinkSys router. Any 2.4 ghz wifi broadcast makes these practically useless regardless of any channels I've tried switching my routers to. So if you live in a multi-unit or apartment this could be a serious problem unless your neighbors use exclusively 5 ghz Wifi rather than the usual 2.4 ghz.3. Getting a powered USB hub solved the issue of the tracker dongles randomly disconnecting. My 700 watt PSU with MSI gaming motherboard apparently had trouble handling so many devices but the powered hub stopped the disconnecting issue. It's well known that these are sensitive to reflections but 2.4 ghz Wifi must also be dealt with; if that can be done then these are worth it for sure.

Everything's good
Product arrived in perfect new condition. Everything is working as it should.Disclaimer: The straps are not part of the product. I've been using it and I am too lazy to take them off just to take this one photo. Also I don't know why Amazon has rotated the image 180 degrees because that is not how the image looks on my PC.

They Work exactly as Described
These things are not the easiest thing to set up in the world... but it's not really the hardest either. Once you do have them set up, you will have a lot of fun doing things like "motion capture" as not enough games support it yet. Perhaps when FBT becomes more common place in VR/XR we'll see it implemented better.
