Beware of fake products
This was a fake, not an actual Spibelt. The multi colored belt in my pic is the one I already had for a year. I use it everyday and wanted to order a new one in black with purple zipper. The fake one actually has 2 pouches, less stretchy fabric and larger buckles. I will be returning it and may need to order directly from company to make sure to get actual product that I ordered.

Exactly what I needed
I just got this last night, opened the package and thought I made a $20 mistake, the belt was in a small plastic bag rolled up the size of a racquetball. Unraveling it the pouch was VERY slim. I bought it to carry my phone with me.. a Galaxy Note 2 which is pretty much as big as they get these days, and definitely not something I can stand carrying in my hand or want on an armband. The Electric Kool-Aid Acid test was this morning. I popped the phone out of the billfold case I keep it in and slipped it into the stretching pouch.. FIT!, Even with a headphone jack protruding. Only other things I put in there were a housekey and an ID (could still fit cash and a CC if I had to) After finding the right position for it I was off. Several times I actually had to reach to my belly to verify it was still there (strapped over my shorts, under the shirt), it's that comfortable. (OK.. you still hear music.. why would you wonder if it was there? I can not answer that.. the world is laden with unfathomable mysteries)If this can fit the Note 2 (without a case, at least) then it can fit just about any phone. and it was the regular model I purchased, not the large sized one.

Must have for running
I am curvy, with a smaller waist/torso and larger hips and I was very worried that this belt wouldn't stay put. The reviews from girls with curves were mixed but I took a chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did, because it's worked perfectly and for the 1.5 years I've owned it, I haven't gone on a run without it.I wear it very low on my hips, and have adjusted it so that it's very snug. I have never had a problem with it riding up toward my waist. No matter how many miles I run, it stays put and is so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing it.It's big enough to hold my iPhone, ID, a little cash, and a key or two. I overloaded it once (my stuff plus my husband's phone and keys) and that caused the pouch to bounce like crazy as I ran. That was the one and only time I offered to carry stuff for someone else... when I carry just my things, I have no problems with it bouncing. The belt is very well constructed. As previously mentioned, I've had it for about 1.5 years... It's still in great condition with very little signs of wear despite regular use.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable belt to hold a few necessities while running or walking.**Update 11/30/14**I switched phones to the iPhone 6 (regular size, not plus) and I have a very minimal case on my phone (Spigen Air Skin, which is supposed to be 0.4mm thin). My phone DOES still fit in the SPI belt, but it's a pretty tight fit.

Apple iPhone 11 - tight fit
I bought this to go hiking in Sedona thinking it would be a convenient way to have my phone along for taking pictures and it would be out of my way and snug to my body for bouldering. With all that being true, it was not easy to get my phone in and out easily for picture taking. Anyone who has been to Sedona, there are a lot of picture taking opportunities. :) This is will be great for running to have my phone along but not needing to access it often. Room enough for my phone and key fob but that is about it. Nice quality and comfortable.

Not for running!!!!
I had high hopes for this belt to carry my phone for running. It initially felt great but within a mile or so it started bouncing and eventually the pocket would start to flip over. I assumed I just didn't have it tight enough. I tightened the belt and on my next run the same thing, after about a mile or so it would start bouncing and would get worse as I continued my run. No matter how tight I make the belt, it always starts to bounce in the middle of my run. Also, after just a couple uses the elastic near the pocket on each side started to look damaged. I assume the belt would be fine for someone who would be using it for walking, but definitely not good for running.

Updated: zipper broke and poor customer service :(
UPDATE: With very minimal use the zipper completely failed, as in- the metal on the pull broke and is not repairable. I contacted SPIbelt directly and while they replied quickly, they told me to contact the Amazon seller for warranty issues. Which, frankly, is lame. So while this is a very good product, the durability--at least on mine--was short and the customer service from SPIbelt is not at all what I expected. Overall= lame.Original review: For some reason I've always been on the fence about getting one of these. I typically run with only an iPod Nano in the tiny little pocket of my running shorts. But there have been a number of times I need to carry my car key, or (rarely) my phone and I've wished for something like the SPIbelt. So I got one. It's really pretty fantastic. Unobtrusive, comfortable, and doesn't bounce. On my trial run (literally..haha) I stuffed my keyfob, a Cliff Shot pack, and my iPod in there. Worked like a champ. If you need to occasionally (or regularly, for that matter) carry something small this is just the ticket. Highly recommend.

Returned
I returned it for a few reasons. The zipper seemed flimsy and tended to stick. The belt does not comfortably fit the larger waist sizes advertised, but must stretch significantly to do so, which felt uncomfortable. And while I realize that ultra-compactness may be a desirable feature to many, I could not fit anything more than a small phone in the pouch, certainly not a wallet as well. However admittedly I am probably not part of the target demographic. And on the plus side, a big, big plus, it is made in the USA.

Excellent running belt!
Had this while now but wanted to use it properly before writing review. Great belt, lots of adjustment, fits a Galaxy S7 perfectly. Can be a bit fiddly to get phone in and out when running but fine when walking/stationary. Minimal bounce when the waistband is correctly adjusted (I wear mine more on my hips than round my waist and get pretty much no bounce at all). Material seems well stitched together and main pocket has lots of elasticity. Bit of a sponge when it comes to sweat though so needs regular washing. I also put my phone in a sandwich bag to protect it from moisture while running. I don't use this at the gym but if i did I'd imagine it could get in the way when doing weights or other exercises involving lying down but then I guess you could wear it round the front instead if that bothers you. Great product.

Great but perhaps a little too snug for an iPhone 6.
I bought this so that I could carry my iPhone 6 around with me during the summer (no pockets big enough in my summer clothes). It is almost perfect. It sits neatly on my hips and I am barely aware that it is there. The pouch is large/ expands enough to take not only the iPhone but also a hanky or a set of keys. My only minor complaint is that getting the phone in and out of the pouch is a little cumbersome. I think though that it need to be a snug fit in order for the pouch to be so comfortable and unobtrusive to wear. The belt might not work so well if you are someone who is always using your phone.I have not used it for running so cannot comment on that.

it doesn't disappoint! Lots of other runners complain that their gels ...
I got this SPI belt primarily to hold Gels & fuel while running Obstacle Races. I have to say, it doesn't disappoint! Lots of other runners complain that their gels fell off their belt, but no such trouble for me as I just zipped it up and presto!. It easily held 8 gels & an energy bar. It never snagged on anything and didn't feel in the way either. Plus you can put your empty wrapper back in and store until you reach bins.I also use it for running and the advert showed an iPhone...when I saw it I thought 'No way is my phone gonna fit'...But...The pouch stretches so much I was able to fit my Galaxy S4, my iTouch, key and a gel !! Superb item and a must !

Excellent !!!
Really impressed with this product. Was a bit hesistant buying as didn’t know how it expands & how thick & stable the material would be for holding an iPhone and keys but it is very secure and the belt is really comfortable too. Very neat and ideal for running. Would definately recommend.

Great solution for one plus 3
It is working great with my one plus 3 which is a huge phone. Very comfortable when I'm running. It's not bouncing at all. The only downside is that there is no headphone jack hole, there is enough space for jack but it might be broken after a while. I would recommend a Bluetooth headphone if you can't run without music.

Great running belt
This is a fantastic little belt, I bought it for my daughter to carry her mobile phone in. She uses it every day at school. It’s a perfect size, it’s light and she forgets she has it on. I also have one which I use while running,my one has the loops for carrying gels and also my phone. It’s great it doesn’t move at all or bounce about.I would highly recommend it for either running or every day use.

I was expecting more
To be honest there's not much you can put in it. You can fit your mobile phone, but if you have a thick wallet it will make the belt too heavy and will bounce on you. Because of this I keep using my shorts pockets for the wallet.

spibelt
this is a good item for putting my phone in when I'm running. because I always use my phone whilst its in a cover sometimes its a bit fiddly for me to get it in and out - saying that the bag stretches easily and it goes back into shape once my phone is in. It definately does not bounce when I'm out running. Although there is'nt a specific hole for the earphone there is a small gap at the end of the zip which does the job perfectly. I was a bit strapped for cash so I went for the conservative blue but this is still a nice bright colour. some of the belts are really bright and trendy but these ones are a little bit dearer. Yes I would recommend this item.

It was as expected
I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. When it arrived I thought it seemed a bit on the small size. but It fitted him well, accommodated his phone etc. and he was delighted.

Perfect for carrying a phone
A great product for carrying a phone while running. It comfortably expands to fit my Google Pixel with or without a case, and once it's fitted it is barely noticeable during running. I find it's best to position it low on the hips and slightly to the side - think about it nesting just inside the top of the leg.Although the belt will expand beyond carrying a phone, I don't tend to put anything else in it. You could do so, but bear in mind that you'll only easily be able to access what's right at the front of the pocket, i.e. the last items you put in.
