Defective hydraulic
When I first ordered the chair. I got a defective one with a leaking pump. I wrote a crappy review about it. I was immediately contacted by the seller about it. They asked me for proof in a video to confirm the pump was defective. I provided the video with proof. They immediately sent me a new one. Honestly I thought I was going to have to ship the whole thing back after putting it together but they were great in helping me out with the issue. Other than the faulty pump. The chair has a great build quality. I highly recommend it.

Perfect!
Needed another chair for our shop and this one was exactly like the ones we had maybe even sturdier. We also received it much faster than expected!

Great price, great chair
Perfect price, perfect chair. I am still amazed that these chairs only cost us $199.99.We have one concern for this reason we can only give 4 stars, upon delivery as we starting putting the chairs together the base of two of the chairs has a crack in it. It is located on the cylinder portion and does not effect the function of the chair. They are brand new, so from a cosmetic view I do not like the crack. We were pressed to get things together so we could open the shop, but if the seller can send a replacement part I would be grateful. We will see what happens.

The chairs
The chairs are very comfortable and elegant, it costs me a little to assemble the chair but it is because I am not very skilled for those jobs, they are of very good quality.

Broken product!!
One of the chairs is broken and still haven't even opened the other 2 chairs yet.. I'm returning the chairs waited a week for a broken product... Really disappointed

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!!!! I’m so livid! This took me 3 full days to assemble, 5 different men tried to help including a MECHANICAL ENGINEER, they PAINTED over most or all the holes/screws so NOTHING fits, completely skips steps or is vague, no video to help, the freakin WHITE metal parts of the armrest came all scratched up (but they covered the black plastic with protective plastic wtf?!). And when I looked up videos online on how to assemble, how come other companies send it with the top part of the chair put together? This was in 1000 pieces. Very upset. Finally finished after messing up my wrist and super pissed about the messed up armrest areas by the hand area. Don’t even know if I can paint or fix it

This product came in incomplete. Lots of parts missing. Do not recommend purchasing this item.
