Bought to hang a swing
I bought this to hang a swing in the basement. It was one of the few hangers that could attach to a 3" beam (the heavy bag hangers only went to 3.5"). It's way over kill for a swing, but it's really easy to attach and I know it's secure.

easy to use, solid
Using it to hold a trapeze bar for pull-ups. Piece of cake to set up and seems 100% solid so far. If it shows any sign of weakness, I will edit this review accordingly.
