Totally awesome
If you have a grinder you need this knife and plate sharpener. It is very easy to use and in the long run it will keep grinder running smoothly and grind much better.

Most important to know about this product that you get the right size
Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it because the size didn’t match with my blades. It was too big so far. I don’t know what size do I need but watching the videos how people sharpening their grinder blades looks so easy. I wish I could find out the size I need to order it again.

EASY to use
Works at the 95% level. I'd love it if these were a finer grit. As is they are about 120/180 grit. Still, they work!!!

I've been in the meat business for over 40 years and when I ordered this I was skeptical that it would last and I was right. First time I put it in my Hobart grinder, knowing to not crank it down to tight, it still fractured in the first use. Better off finding a local guy who sharpens knives and such.

A must have!
I did not know how dull my grinder was until I bought these. Holy Cow! We would push and push the meat through. Cut it into little cubes. Clean the nasty off the blade often. Saw these and bought them. Followed directions especially soaking. We can run a few hundred pounds through just cutting the meat to fit the throat of the grinder feed tube. It pulls the meat in instead of pushing. The grind looks so much better. Spend the money!!

This has it all over trying to hand sharpen your knives and sanding your plates.I have been butchering for decades and I wish I got this sooner.
