This swimcap works well for natural type 4 short/medium hair!! I did a twist out for my baptism and it kept most of my hair DRY. The back of my hair got a little wet but didn’t mess up my twist out! I HIGHLY recommend it for short/medium type 4 naturals! Twisting your hair before putting the cap on is KEY! Great for the price!

I have a lot of hair that I sometimes dye and need to protect, and don't like getting water in my ears and this cap offers total coverage. I wear it during water aerobics and it doesn't slip despite my vigorous leaping about. Sometimes I wear it with my glasses and it still stays in place and keeps my hair dry. I liked the quality but it is really too big and doesn't keep water out as much as I would like. I have really short hair that could be the reason. I would recommend it if you have long or thick hair.

Cap has a nice feel to it, slips on and off easily. I primarily brought this for the ear protection. It did not perform very well, the sides kept flipping up allowing water to reach my ears. It did keep my hair mostly dry, except for the nape of my neck and around and behind my ears.Edit** I was contacted by the seller and sent a new cap. I tried it out this afternoon , this cap preformed much better, ear flaps stayed down. Good fit , comfortable and very easy to put on and take off. Very impressed as well with the sellers response to my initial review.

This swim cap is a game changer for me, actually allowing me to swim laps without water getting into my ears. I stopped swimming laps because of the trouble water causes my ears. This is the first cap that covers my ears comfortably and completely, and that stays put! Extra perks: plenty of room for my medium length hair and the cap did well at keeping it drier than other swim caps. Very happy with the purchase. I will update if longevity becomes an issue, but so far pleased with the cap and the price.

A ten dollars can get me an excellent swim cap! I just started swimming like 2-3 years ago. I travel a lots and stay at many hotels. The hotels’ swimming pool is must go every time I visit new hotel. Park Hyatt hotel swimming pool has the best one so far. I also do freediving.
