Like, wow
I have a lot of hair. A LOT. Like, wow, who is that Wookiee over there LOTS. I have looked into having a third arm surgically implanted (Is this a thing? Who would do it? Vascular surgery? Orthopedic surgery? These are the questions that keep me up at night🤔) because my shoulders are so tired holding up a dryer and a round brush for eternity. I briefly considered making a workout video (“Toned Arms: the Hairdryer Workout”), but was informed by fitness people that there isn’t a market for a 75-minute focus on the anterior deltoids. I almost have to wake up BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP in order to have enough time to dry my hair before work. This thing took me 8 minutes. I naturally assumed, upon finishing, that I had entered some sort of Amazon-created beauty time warp. I checked with my husband, in the next room, and in fact I did not go through a blowout wormhole. The silkier-than-silk style was accomplished by this miracle of a brush in 8 minutes (several more minutes were lost to running my hands through my hair and flicking it over my shoulder while smiling coquettishly in the mirror). If you struggle with an over abundance of hair like I do, seriously consider giving this amazing contraption a try.

Works Amazing for an Amazing Price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had the older model of this when I was in high school and loved it. This new version is AMAZING. I like that you can get different attachments for it and I will definitely be doing that soon. It makes my hair look like I got it done at a salon. The only thing that I’m not a fan about is the placement of the power switch and that it spins to switch modes. It’s awesome how many settings it has, but not so awesome when I’m using it and as I twist the whole brush, the switch spins too. Overall, I love it.Value for money:This is an inexpensive, but powerful, hair styling tool. I was confident in the product because I’ve used the older one before, so when I saw it for the price it was, I HAD TO GET IT. Works well:Makes my hair look like I just got a cut and blow out at a salon. I feel so pretty when I use it. Heat settings:They upped their game from the older model and now have more settings.

Blowout at home made EASY – fast, soft, and full of volume!
The REVLON One-Step Volumizer has become my go-to styling tool, and I can’t recommend it enough. It delivers salon-quality results right at home, and it’s seriously cut my hair routine in half.• Speed: Drying and styling are so quick! I can go from damp to styled in under 20 minutes—even with thick, shoulder-length hair.• Softness: My hair feels incredibly soft and smooth after using it, with a nice natural shine and zero frizz. It doesn’t tug or pull, which I really appreciate.• Heat Level: It has multiple heat settings, which is great for adjusting depending on how damp or fragile your hair is. The low and cool options are perfect for daily use without damaging your hair.• Air Flow: The airflow is strong and even—enough to dry efficiently without blasting your hair all over the place. It feels controlled and gentle.• Design: I love the oval brush shape—it adds volume at the roots and smooths the ends beautifully. It’s lightweight, easy to grip, and the swivel cord is a nice bonus for maneuverability.• Value for Money: For the price, this tool is a total steal. It replaces a blow dryer and round brush combo and makes it all 10x easier. I’ve saved so much time and money on salon visits since I got this.If you’re looking for a fast, easy, and reliable styling tool that adds volume, smoothness, and shine—this is it. It lives up to the hype and then some!

So far so good!
I have wanted a hairbrush dryer for a while now. I have very thin, fine hair that is prone to frizz no matter what I do. It was the claims of adding volume, shine and frizz control. Since there are many options, I did some research both online and Amazon to try and narrow it down. I'm sure anyone reading this already knows there's lots of choices and you can spend a lot on these! Due to budget constraints, most were checked off the list for that reason alone. What I did see was that this Revlon Hairbrush dryer kept popping up in articles (probably sponsored ads?) and that it's also one of the top sellers on Amazon. Based off price, product description and customer reviews I made the leap and purchased this one.It arrived next day (on time) I had read some reviews that customers received brushes with stands of hair in them. That was not my experience. Everything was packaged right and had no signs of any use.It has a little weight to it but not so much that it should bother you. I also read reviews that said it is exceptionally louder than a regular hair dryer. To me it is no louder at all.I love the swivel cord, especially when curling, smart touch! It must be said that I am no good at styling my hair with brush and hair dryer. I found this much easier to use but I did practice a bit.As other reviewers stated, it does run pretty hot on all settings. There is a rubber grip on the end to hold on too but it's not too big. Just be aware of that and maybe wear a glove? It does have three air flow settings, low, medium and high but it's important to note that they only control the flow, not the temperature. The low setting does feel slightly cooler but that could just be because of the slower speed. There is a cold shot button which is recommended to hold your style, but doesn't blow very cold air at all. The setting controls are at the bottom end and they are very hard to reach and turn with just one hand unless you curl the brush until it is facing away from you and you can see it in the mirror. Otherwise it pretty much forces you take brush out of your hair to change settings and than move back to finish spot, that doesn't help the style and it's annoying. It may be easier for some and maybe I will get better at it as I get used to it.As far as drying time, it dries my hair super fast! It always has with regular dryer but this cuts it down to a fraction of the time! It also does add some volume to my otherwise limp hair, it curls nice and I love that I can straighten or curl with one tool.My biggest concern and what almost caused me to pass on this are the reviews stating this has damaged their hair, some even claim there hair has fallen out! This scares the you know what out of me, especially as someone who has suffered hair loss before (stress) and doesn't have the healthiest hair to begin with. The really scary part is the ones that say that they loved this, used for months and than hair began falling out! How would you even know it would happen until it has and than it's too late. Based off all the positive reviews and women I know using them with no hair damage I decided to try. You definitely should use a heat protector and many have said to wait until hair is 70-80% dry. I only use the low and cool settings, as I mentioned it seems a little cooler to me and slower flow. That still drys my hair super fast, so I'm praying that with the faster dry time, product and waiting till almost dry will result in healthier hair instead as some have said. I understand the low setting probably won't dry fast for long, thick hair but it works for me.Overall, I am pretty happy with this purchase. It has helped me with frizz, not all gone but definitely helps! It gives me some volume and it also gives me some more shine though I can't tell you how much, how do they guage that percentage anyway? LolSo far overall I'm glad I bought it. Going forward, I will update as needed. Please pray my hair doesn't start falling out!!
