Escuminac Maple Syrup
This is luscious maple syrup. I use it on my Sourdough Starter Discard pancakes for a tremendous breakfast treat. My partner uses it on his French Toast. I’m tempted to pour it on top of peanut butter on my homemade breads. Sometimes when I crave a sweet, I will take a tablespoon of it by itself.

It’s ok, a bit runny
I adore Maple Syrup. This seems to be quite runny though and the flavour is milder than I expected.The pourer allows a huge flow so had to get used to the first few times and now I am just extra careful not to pour too much out.

MOULDY!! BE AWARE!
Mouldy after 1 month of opening! BE AWARE!!! So disappointed. Taste was fine but I will never buy it again.
