Ordered 15" door sign, and 27" wall signs. The letter "Z" is a bit awkward, but that was the case in almost all the font options. The signs are about a quarter-inch thick, but they arrived well protected and packaged to prevent damage. The wood and the cut is clean, without chips, knots, splinters, or roughness. I spray painted them gold; no primer necessary. Buy this.
