I honestly didn't think this would work the first time I used it. The doc said it would seem counter intuitive, and it was.But that said, it worked fantastic. Took a few weeks, and the stretch felt like someone was tearing my elbow apart, but in the end the pain went away and I'm 100% functional again. Hell yeah! :)

For a simple at home wrist and forearm strengthening / physical therapy, I like this set. It was priced reasonably enough that I saved money over buying weight plates to have on a rope and a stick to wind up and down the rope with varying amounts of weight. This stores easily and works great.

I would also recommend the TwistyBAR to my clients who need to improve strength and flexibility in their forearms due to tendinitis or injury. Although the manual clearly states that you are not to use it for anything but its intended purpose, I also use it as a myofascial roller on my forearm extensors and it is kind of amazing.

Quality product exceeded my expectations. I figured it could not be half the cost of the 'other' brand and be as good but it is. It is often difficult to find products to do PT at home that are the same as your PT's office but affordable. This one is exactly what I wanted.

I have used the individual single weight resistance bars in therapy. I wanted to do the same at home. I thought 3in1 would be much better than buying them separately. I didn't measure the therapy ones, I do know that my hands were twice as far from each other using the one's in therapy. I doubt I will ever use these as there's barely enough space to bend them.

well made product. works well. dont expect your tennis elbow to get better in 1 day with this.
