Its chinese cant be anygood..or can it
First of all i was encouraged when i opened the included bag as everything was well packed and in seperate sealed polythene bags The meter itself is a good size and weight and feels good in the hand when in use. The test leads are of very high standard and should easily cope with the maximum 600v and 20 ampage this meter is rated at and the pins on the leads give a nice firm beep on the continuaty test not like scratchy squeel cheaper meters make .voltage readings where very accurate when tested on a calibrated power supply at 5v it was reading 5.0004 at 12v it was 12.0009 and 30v it read 30.0012 ac voltage at the plug socket was reading 245v @49htz which seems accurate enough for me as i dont usually use multimeters for mains use usually i work on vehicle voltages 12 to 24v for diagnostic use.another feature i liked was the thermometer in c/f ranges and again great for automobile work testing the temps of the cooling system and intake temps i honestly have no problems in advising people to buy this meter for £25.00 it is a bargain and it is as accurate as the fluke meter it as replaced in my tool box and i paid over £150.00 for that many years ago.chinese electrical items have improved so much over the years i know people keep putting them down and call them rubbish yet they dont realise their top end american snap on diagnotic tool is actually chinese like their iphones and ipads dont think its chinese it rubbish at the moment china is posibley the best .for electric gadgits .
