Useful set of bands for beginners and/or stretching
If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to try out resistance band training or want something light to stick in your carry-on bag, these bands should do the trick. They’re pretty short, so they can’t be used for resisted pushups or much in the way of upper body exercises, but there are a variety of leg exercises you can use them for. I’ve been using them as part of my pre-workout stretching routine and will likely toss them in my bag the next time I travel (assuming the odor continues to dissipate).Pros: lightweight; portable; relatively durable (yes, you *could* snap at least the yellow and green bands if you are so inclined); good for thigh/glute exercises and stretching; inexpensiveCons: The initial smell leaves something to be desired, though it’s starting to fade; not long enough for resisted pushups; fur/hair sticks to them like crazy; they roll easily.Overall, they’re about what you’d expect. Most importantly, if the bands (or any other piece of fitness equipment) help get you off the couch and started on your new fitness journey, they’ll be the best investment you ever make!Disclaimer: I received these bands at no cost in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

The smell goes away with time.
I received this item in exchange for an honest review.---------------------------------------------------------------Although I understand the nature of manufacturing, the smell of these bands upon first arrival are bad. They smell less than they did when I first received them, which is good. These are almost identical to bands that my girlfriend purchased so I'm thinking that these bands are manufactured for many companies. It's too soon to judge the durability of these bands but based on the material and working with them, it seems like they might lose some of their elasticity with extended use. I also don't like that there's no carrying bag or any indication of how much resistance each band is.These kind of bands tend to roll up on you when you have them wrapped along your legs doing leg raises or monster walks. This brand is not the only one that does that- I think it's to do with the thickness and grip of the band. This set could be made better with some adjustments such as added acessories and carrying options, but I believe that you can still get a good workout with these bands. This is more for beginners and intermediate exercisers. You can find various uses for each color. The great thing about band training is that it doesn't wreck your body as much like traditional weight training so you can do it more frequently, and they are great for traveling.

Simple equipment for a variety of exercises
With this kit you get 4 bands of differing tension: Yellow=Light, Green=Medium, Red=Heavy and Black=X-Heavy. A simple device which offers an infinite variety of exercise options. I typically do not use bands at my gym but since now home bound, I have been able to introduce new exercises to my routine. I’m fairly free-form and organic in my motions when using the bands. Without specific exercises in mind, I let my imagination guide me. For my strength level, I lean towards the heavy and extra heavy bands in the kit. I have used the light band the least which I find too lightweight. In fact, it is on the thin side and I am overly conscious of possibly snapping or ripping the thin rubber. However, I can easily see the light band would work well for someone getting started on resistance training. I like the assortment of tensions and that they have opened me up to motions I hadn’t performed.

Nice set of bands just needs a sheet of suggested exercises
Each band is clearly labeled and the set of four has a nice variety of resistance strengths. The light band seems a little too easy but if it’s used for physical therapy it would be an appropriate beginning band. All bands appear to be of good quality and should last. I haven’t had them long enough yet to know if they could dry out and become brittle. I would have given it a higher rating if it came with some suggested exercises. Even a one page 8 1/2 x 11 paper with a few exercises would be extremely helpful. You can certainly google some suggested exercises but including them with the product would have allowed me to start using right out of the envelope. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great for travel and rehab
They came nicely packaged. They are lightweight and fit easily into a small purse. They are great for rehab exercises which I am currently doing. They are also great for regular resistance training as well. Only thing is these do roll up/fold over and that can get annoying esp. on your legs if you don't have pants on and it's on your skin. It just digs in but it's not too horrible but wanted to note. Being able to take them with you in a small purse and them being so lightweight I can easily look past the rolling up when I do specific leg exercises. It doesn't do it for all exercises. For rehab exercises it is esp. helpful to be able to take it out wherever I am and do my exercises and then easily store the band in my purse or even pocket if you wanted. I received these free for testing purposes.

Great band from a great brand
There are many resistant bands that you can purchase through amazon, but epitome has been the brand I have trusted. Their jump rope line is great. I have purchased their M2 for my intermediate jump rope needs in which I use frequently, and I also have their budget speed jump rope in which I am currently using as my “on-the-go” rope. Both items are holding up well and working as intended. So, when making my choice on elastic bands to help me with my home workouts since gyms are currently closed because of this pandemic, seeing Epitome as a choice made my choice easy. From my usage so far, these bands are very elastic and gives you a good resistance base on the band you chose on using, and they feel like they were built to last. I am using them for my resistant training on my tris, glutes, and thighs and they are doing the job.

Rolled up during plank workouts
My 1st time using resistance bands & they did work for about half of my workout. Keep in mind I only used the red "heavy" band. It worked well on lateral walk, squats, standing leg lifts & circles, fire hydrants, glute bridges of all kinds, & glute lift, jacks & flutters. They did NOT work (kept rolling up) on glute kickbacks (donkey kick), planking straight leg kickbacks, lifts & circles, bent knee leg circles. Although this is my first set of resistance bands, I did the above exercises following Chloe Tings booty workout video on YT & her personal brand of resistance bands that she uses in her videos did not roll up at all throughout the entire workout. They cost $40US & these are much cheaper with faster shipping. I'm not sure if the lighter resistance will roll up as much during those workouts I had problems with so I will try the lighter bands tomorrow. They are easy to clean & take on the go. Other's mentioned a bad odour to them but I did not. They smell a bit like latex because....well, they're made if latex. I won't bother asking for a return bc they did the job on some workouts & they were super cheap.

Not enough resistance and gets sticky
The bands get sticky easily especially in a humid country like Singapore. So when you store them they stick together and tend to get crumpled and lose shape. This may not be a problem with the product itself, more so a result of the climate here. I may try using fabric bands for my next purchase. Also, in terms of resistance, it may seem like a great deal to get 4 different resistance levels so you can progress over time, but I've basically ended up using the highest resistance level right from the start. The others don't challenge me at all. I'm not particularly fit, so I think most people would have the same experience.

Great addition to working out at home equipment
Great pack of resistance bands - especially for the price. Would definitely recommend. Nice and easy workout to do in front of the tv in the comfort of your own home. Also has a great carrying case.

Plastique court. Limitation d exercice mais quand-même efficaces
Pour un exercice maison, ce produit est ok. Le seul Bémols est que le plastique est court et vos exercice sont limitées.

Basic bands
These do the job. Only wish they would stay flat and not roll up on the legs.
