This is a nice kit for a custom look to your Xbox One 1708 model controller. A few points though; I did not use the provided clear button and kept the original xbox logo button as the light that shines through is much too bright for a darkened room. Their is some soldering required on the vibration motors, if you have flux, and a cheap solder iron, and basic soldering skills it can be completed easily enough. The biggest problem for me is that the L and R shoulder buttons are not molded perfectly 1:1 and sit strange in their slot and require more force to actuate then the firm click of the original. This makes them almost unusable. I personally had to switch back to the original black shoulder buttons which throws off the whole theming of the transparent gamepad. Because of this I really have mixed feelings on this product. On one hand I love the look and the hobby time of taking apart the controller to add a personal touch. But on the other the slightly cheap feeling of the material and the major problem of the L+R buttons makes it a bittersweet feeling. I had a thought you could possible try to heat and extend the point of plastic that actuates the button for the shoulder piece to make it more like the original but I did not have a way to do so without guesswork and possibly ruining it. In hindsight I should have just got the Phantom white version of the controller like I was originally going to do, which is getting harder and more expensive to find new :(

Like they included the screwdrivers. Only down fall is that the back side covers don’t fully connect so there is a little bit where it sticks out. But only a little bit! I do feel it kinda shake like it’s not 100% on but I’ve screwed everything right made sure it’s all good. I feel like it shifts a little when playing.

I bought this primarily to replace the back of one of my controllers. Previously I had a back with rubberized grips that came off, so I wanted to replace it. While this initially appeared to be a good fit, its the slightest bit larger than the Microsoft parts. My battery packs don't fit properly anymore, however I typically just use the controller to charge my second battery to swap out, unless I have someone over. But when the cover is removed the battery just falls right out. It's not secure at all because the piece is too big. It's still manageable, but a massive pain nonetheless

Fits like a glove. You've gotta know what you're doing when it comes to changing out the buttons but this product is solid. Very happy with how it turned out.

Pretty nice, just has more of a "grainy" texture than I'd expect.

Not at all like oem buttons stick, doesn't snap together right. Not worth the time it took then took it back and put the white s back on.

The only issues I had with this are that the right bumper is a little weird to press (left one is perfect) and the left trigger touches the plastic of the controller grip area (the right trigger is perfect)

Do not buy! This is not for an Xbox One controller. Found out the hard way half way through putting it together. Hence why most reviews say things dont fit. I used most of the buttons so it wasn't a complete waste but still not worth the money.
