This ARABELLA WOMEN’S BABY TERRY KIMONO WRAP ROBE is made of thick cotton knit fabric. It is NOT made of Turkish towel fabric--it has a smooth surface with tiny, tiny loops on the wrong side that feel sort of fuzzy. In style, it’s a longer, heavier version of the Arabella Waffle Wrap robe, which is the best summer robe I’ve ever had.The Baby Terry Wrap robe is plain but functional. It’s heavy enough for warmth in winter, but the fabric is thin enough to allow for complete freedom of arm movement (unlike thick Turkish-towel robes).The robe has an inside tie at the waist to hold the wrap style in place, and a long self belt that you can tie in loops or in a bow. It’s very comfortable, and exactly what I wanted as a winter wrap robe. The Large size works well for me (women’s size 10/12), because I prefer oversized robes.

This robe is the perfect answer to Saturday mornings when breakfast and cartoons take priority over your shower and primping. I throw this on and am covered while I try to function in the kitchen.I am 5'3" and this falls to mid-calf on me. The green is a dusty sage color, lovely. There is a tie on the inside for extra security. The belt is not attached, but long enough that it doesn't fall out of its loops easily. Fabric is not too thick or thin - this is NOT a sexy robe. No silky flutter or suggestively short length, but not "I've got a cold; bring me tissues and Nyquil" moo-moo thick. I love it - spent all day in it on Sunday. My husband hates it. But I'm not making HIM wear it, now am I?!

This is an excellent buy! Well made robe, fabric is similar to a heavy weight knit with small terry-effect on reverse. Nicely constructed and warm. Washes well; I like this robe so much that I just ordered another.

I like the fact that the sleeves are not super long so they don’t end Up getting wet when I’m working in the sink or washing my hands the way so many other robes do. I also like that I can tie just the belt and the robe stays shut without my having to tie the cord on the inside. The price was also good. There are two things that take away from a five star. One is that when i put it through the wash with white vinegar for a softener (which I use regularly for laundry instead of fabric softener) the color faded. The other is that though the fabric content is listed as mostly cotton, it does not have the same softness as cotton fabric.

I love the material and the feel. The weight is great. Not too hot. Not too thin. Just right for the majority of the year. I will say this is definitely men’s sizing though. I bought a XL and it’s pretty large. I would be returning it if I didn’t already wash it...but I would exchange it, because it is just what I was looking for. Very nice, but I would size down.

I rated this as too small, My wife wears a small, in nearly any top. This I bought in a medium for an oversized comfortable robe. The arms are too short??? I'm tall enough to have that issue regularly, she's 5'5" very odd.

Light but warm, soft and comfortable! It's not super thick and heavy but just the right amount of warmth. I like that its longer and it's easy to just throw in the wash and dryer if needed and it doesnt ruin

I got this robe to take to the hospital when I have my daughter. I wanted a robe that wasn’t too thick. This one is perfect! The material thin enough so I won’t get too warm, but it covers extremely well. Very soft and comfortable!
