It's a lottery
I've had these for a while and my adapter broke (has been broken from day). These will work BUT you will have to literally break them to fit the ring. Eventually one of my pair lost a prong and I was like "Let's buy another". These second pair are too small. I have no idea how I got them to fit the first time but due to the poor 3d printing (I assume) some will be printed just a few millimeters different in diameter. (pressing the new one to my old one. So this product will either be a 5 star easy fit or a 1 star. It's a lottery and you're gambling your $200-600 headphones. Who wins? It's for you to decide.

You get what you pay for? I guess?
As these are the only adapters that I found initially on my search for earpad replacements for my 660S, I purchased these under the assumption this would be all that I need. Well they came in what looked to be perfect condition but... they broke as soon as I went to slightly rotate them in the headphones. I heard a slight crunch as I eased them into the slot and thought.... well that ain't right. I removed it, and the entire section was broken. This is likely to using cheap material to produce it. The dimensions and everything are spot on but the material was very flimsy.

Seems durable enough, may have been improved at some point.
I was very nervous about ordering these due to all the negative reviews. I bought anyway because I didn't see an alternative, and they seem durable enough. I'm wondering if at some point they started printing them thicker.Ease of installation is decent, but you have to press very hard to snap them into place and I'm hoping I can get them off when the time comes.

Sturdier than original
Was a bit hard to snap into place at first but definitely a lot sturdier than OEM frames

Needs finishing touches.
These are 3D printed parts. They will work for larger or smaller pads for Sennheisers, BUT they need finishing. To fit my HD 535 set(same size as 600, 6xx, 650 I believe) using the Brainwavs pads, I needed to cut off an outer rim on the flange, which is clearly delineated and thinner than the rest of the flange. I then needed to file and sand the edge. Then I had to sand down the edge of the tabbed ring that pops into the shell because it was a tad too tight. Also, there are gaps in the ring around the driver to allow the adapter to flex when clicking it in. You need to cover these gaps with tape or something or you are going to lose your bass. The adapter also sticks out about a quarter inch more than stock, so there is more space between the driver and your ear. I like this, BUT there is also now a chamber between the driver and the pad that needs to be damped. I used some headliner foam I have for things like that.tldr: If you aren't diy oriented, I would just find some pads made specifically for Sennheisers. The adapter works, but it will need work.My cans sound great and are very comfortable.

Awful
This is an awful product. So disappointed in Brainwavs for making this because the ear cushions they make are awesome! Just like all the other reviewers said, its cheap plastic and it broke for me too as i was trying to even put the ear cushion on the adapter. Then, I even just tried to see if the adapter would fit my HD650's without the ear cushions on and it didn't even match up properly. So, even if the plastic was stronger, it still wouldn't have worked because I couldn't even get the adapter to snap into the slots on the headphones!

Poor quality and fit.
I bought these because I have a bunch of Brainwavz pads, although I also have a few other pads for my Sennheisers HD 580 and the 6XX.These are 3D printed which wouldn't normally be a problem, but since it's made by layers, the flaps that should clamp onto the headphone broke almost instantly when trying to fit them, since they were at least a couple of milimiters off size. Even trying to be gentle with it, the layers of plastic were peeling off like an onion.I wouldn’t recommend these, while I’m still trying to make them fit, they’re not straightforward at all to be fit into either of my supposedly compatible headphones.

As others stated, cheap 3D printed plastic, be gentle.
As some others stated, they're made out of a cheaply made 3D printed plastic. As such they're not entirely to spec of the headphones. There's a little bending you'll have to do to get them to seat and I easily broke the plastic on both cups just trying to get them to seat.I'm not going to return as it'll probably happen with the next set too, so either be gentle, get lucky, or consider them a 1 time use item.
