The joint needs to secured better.
The foam Pre-Cleaner filter came apart at the seam (joint) when installing it over the filter. Not glued or joined very well.

Its Great but...
This filter will do the job required but its about 1/4" larger in diameter than the filter I was replacing. Filter height was fine.
