I really like the shampoo and conditioner for the most part. However I cannot skip even a day or I look like a hobo. If your hair is even a bit oily you’ll need to alternate a tougher shampoo in the mix. I like the morning by Chi much better but depends on your hair type 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been using Chi shampoo and conditioner for years!I have fine/thin grey hair. Chi does a fantastic job of softening my natural grey hair without flattening it. My hair is much healthier, breaks far less often, feels fuller, and grows pretty easily.Love this shampoo and conditioner! Highly recommend.

This doesn’t seem to do anything good to my hair. I bought it to help repair some damage. The only difference I noticed is that it seems more dry. I only gave it 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt that it’s doing something I can’t see.
