The case comes already assembled and the rubber outer case is difficult to remove. The inner case is thin and brittle, and would be very easy to break prying on it to get the outer shell off. I was nervous about breaking it the whole time. But just go slow and follow the directions. I doubt the case can be removed many times before the inner case is broken in the process. It would be better if the inner part had any flexibility at all. But the girl I bought this for really loves it. So I guess I'd buy it again. But not for anyone who likes to change cases frequently.

This case has to snap into place for a secure fit and was very hard to do it. The first day I dropped my phone and the cover that goes in the front of the cellphone cracked. The cover is so tight that when I tried to removed the case I damaged my cellphone, I am very upset my cellphone didn’t have any damaged before putting this case. Keep looking for something that protects your phone instead and if you need to remove the case you can do it without damaging your cellphone.

I don’t have a single complaint about this case. My daughter loves it and receives compliments on it wherever she goes. It’s a combination of her two favorite colors mixed with an ombré effect. The pictures don’t do it justice. Also, I’ve purchased these cases before and never had an issue with a screen/phone cracking. It’s just as reliable as an otter box if not more.

Do not buy! Almost impossible to take apart, it broke two of my nails and scraped the polish off another nail. Then I tried getting the phone case to snap back together, and my phone kept falling out, cracked the screen and still couldn’t get the last corner to “snap” into place. Even when I pushed it completely closed, it still wouldn’t snap and when I released, it was left apart again. Worst product ever, don’t waste your time.

The phone case definitely feels and appears to be sturdy and durable. Only had it on my kid's phone for a little while, but so far, so good. It took me fifteen minutes and a fingernail to get the outer plastic off the inner hard plastic case. At first I thought it was broken somehow and I would need to get a replacement, but I finally managed to get a fingernail underneath the lip and pull it up, along with the end of my nail. Kind of a bummer, but the nail will grow back. The plastic area around the volume switch seems flimsy, but after getting it all together it seems fine. It is hard to get an adult finger in the hole to switch the volume on and off, but since it's for my kid, it shouldn't be an issue. I intended to take it back off and wrap it as a Christmas gift, but I couldn't get the inner plastic casing to pull apart. After 20 minutes, my fingers hurt and I was so afraid I was going to break it, so it ended up being an early gift. At least I know it won't be coming off easily. Added a popsocket, and it looks great!

Could a product be more frustrating or complicated to install? The directions are a waste of time. There are three pieces and NONE OF THEM visually look like they belong together once you first figure out how to disassemble to insert the phone. The sturdiest part is the rubber covering, but the plastic inside pieces are very cheap and look like they will break easily. It is also very bulky. Forget about popping your phone in and out. It’s a wrap! The only plus is my daughter loves it. Other than that, it’s a NO!
