Sturdy, functional
I've had this several months and use it daily. The zipper still, case and compartments still work very well. The accents on the outside of the case are scuffed up and shaving off with daily use over time, but I didn't buy it to look good, so I don't care about that. If you're looking for a "sales book" that looks awesome all the time, this ain't it. But, if you're looking for a "sales book" that functions without fail several months later, this is a good choice, in my opinion.

It’s perfect. Just what I was looking for.
Samsonite quality , genuine leather , and a very resistant texture on the other parts that are not leather. Size is perfect for an iPad 11” ,wallet,phone, keys, and protein bars. Nothing more.

Nice... but not versatile.
This is a nice zip folio. It's too big for what I need so I'm going to have to return it, but it is well made and honestly I'd keep it if I it wasnt so pricey. For almost $40 it has to have all the functionality that I am personally looking for.You can not secure any notebooks (there is a horizontal slit to slide a legal pad into but no vertical slit for a notebook) and it is thick, similar to one of those thick school binders you see high schoolers carry.I would give it 5 stars based off of first impressions, but because I am looking for specific versatilities I gave it 4.

Durable and practical
I'm using this practical portfolio on daily basis for 2 months and it's super practical holding staff very well, 2in1 lenovo X1 tablet, cell phone, business cards, pen and thin paper sleeve.Perfect for mobility and business meetings.

Great for out of office meetings
Perfect fit to travel with my Surface Pro. Can’t fit it in the actual tablet sleeve but use the part for papers. This was obvious by reading the specs. Still very useful!

Durability can be a bit questionable, but otherwise excellent
I purchased this a few months ago and unfortunately since then I've had a few small tears develop.Also, there is a silica packet that is tucked away in one of the pockets is easily unnoticed. This tore and got everywhere. So be careful when you get this to remove that.Overall a great product, and has served my purposes overall pretty well. Just a bit unfortunate on the durability side as it seems some of the seams around the inside are a bit weak and mine quickly developed tears.
