One did get slightly crushed in transit but didn't look too bad when I'd popped it back out. The cats love them. I bought them for the shed so they'd have somewhere safe outside if they couldn't get in the house, so I added heat pads but it does come with a washable cushion. The most important thing is the cats jumped in and went straight to sleep - the ultimate judgement!

My cat loves this bed. The shape is ideal. Plenty of room inside. Cat hairs ,easy to remove. I will be ordering another one for my other cat.
