I am over the moon with this item, it is so easy to use with remarkable results . I use it with my Crossover die cutter which works a dream with these dies.

The first thing to point out with this is the description is a bit misleading if you are new to this brand this kit contains Only the templates Not the cutting machine that is a separate purchase.The box contains a draw system with each drawer holding a different set of template shapes, triangle, squares, rectangles etc.The templates are made of metal so are robust and and easy to use either in the machine or as a free hand cutting guide, if you are using a roller cutter you will be able to do multiple layers of fabric holding the template firmly on the fabric and cutting around it. Each template then has an inner edge to drawn around which is your seam guide so you get identical results each time and this makes joining your pieces together consistent and gives a smooth finish to your project.This is a good standard set of templates for any quilter/patchworker to invest in. Just needs the description amending.

This set of metal templates is designed to help cutting fabrics into the right shapes and sizes to sew into patchwork and quilting creations. We scratched our heads looking at this for a long time before watching the tutorial videos online and figuring out that the metal templates are made for use with the Gemini cutting machine!With the machine, you can feed the fabrics and templates in to easily cut multiple layers of fabric, ready to be sewn into patchwork creations. Or, like us, without the machine, this is a box of very expensive metal templates!With the right kit, I can believe that this would work very well. However, this isn't very useful as a standalone product.
