Sellstrom Replacement Window for 301 Series & Univeral Hole Pattern for Various Safety Face Shields, 8"x15.5"x0.040", Uncoated Aluminum Bound Acetate, Clear Tint, S37600

This is a replacement lens, it does not include the headgear. While I can read, I was only looking for a replacement and description clearly say 'Replacement window' and somehow people think it will be the whole unit. I have a headgear I purchased at a home improvement center, with a universal fit. This says 'Universal Fit' but it was not exactly. Nothing a Dremel couldn't solve and modify a few holes, it fits now.I use it as a protection to my eyeglasses. At work, I have to look into a 1700 degree furnace for a few seconds and while this is not rated for heat, it keeps the heat off my eyeglasses. Mission accomplished. It does have a protective film on BOTH sides of the plastic. One side has printing on it, so easy to know there is a film, but the other side has a nearly clear film, Once you remove the second film it's very clear.

Needed a clear face shield to replace a tinted one, to use on a welding headpiece I harvested from my workshop. I am a healthcare worker and needed this for my COVID-19 patient care purposes.This is very clear, and sturdy enough for my purposes. Came with a protective film on both sides which was easy to remove.This is supposed to be a "universal fit" design, but on my (somewhat cheap) headgear, the fit was not exact, so I had to do some dremel work to widen the slot opening sizes. Took about 10 minutes to finish the fitting. A minor hassle, but be aware.Great price, so overall would buy again.

I originally thought the shield was blurry. This because one side had a protective film with printing on it and was easy to remove. The other side has a film that has no printing and is very difficult to initiate removal. Once both films are off the shield is clear.

Fit the old, no name, headband unit with only a small snip in the corners to clear the spring clips.Reasonably easy to remove protective film. I like the aluminum edge which can be adjusted a bit and keeps the face shield curved to my preference.

This shield is sturdy and wide angled. I ordered it for work ( hospital frontline ) and I am so happy for its quality and ease for removals and cleaning.It had changed and its surface clarity but we have been using different cleaning wipes throughout the hospital and some can be very harsh on the plastic.I love this faceshield.

Needed a new clear mask for my dust mask to do wood working. Took a little longer to get I believe because of the COViD 19 virus due to people use it for virus protection not dust and flying debrie. Works great.

Since face masks are hard to find I used this to make one with memory foam, adhesive spray and some elastic band. Will fog up from heavy breathing but still does the job

Product info said universal but holes did not line up. With a soldering iron to make new holes I made it work. I'll probably buy new head geer since I bought three
