These bands are built to last. I've had experience using them in a gym and decided to get them for my own use. This time around, I got the orange band solely for rehab work on my shoulders. This is perfect for internal/ external rotations. As for pull-ups, I would not recommend getting the easier bands. If you are really struggling to get one pull-up, do negatives and use longer rest period once you can get 1 rep. Taking 15 to 30 lbs off your bodyweight isn't something that'll get you better. Do pulldowns to get better at pull-ups. I would highly recommend the bigger bands for bench, squat, or deadlift work. Great product and worth every penny.

I bought this band in place of ordering the orange micro mini band from Elite FTS. Exact same dimensions and specifications so it was perfect. with my prime membership free two day shipping even though the band itself is more expensive, i actually saved money because elite FTS charges 8.30 or something like that for shipping.I'm a powerlifter and I use this band to warmup my shoulders on upper days, to do band pull aparts almost every day, band press downs on upper days, and to warm up my glutes on lower days. I freakin love this thing. The quality of the construction is great (for a giant rubberband anyway) and it's perfect for everything I need it for. I'll most definitely be purchasing some of the larger bands when the time comes for me to incorporate them into my training.

The bands are nice and good price.Children would be happy to get 2,400 pieces.Then, for the more experienced kids, their comment are :1. Wish the colors are separately packed, so there's no need to sort.2. The bands in black and white are too few.

The colors are bright and pretty. My assortment came with orange and light blue which are unusual. I consider myself an expert on bracelet rubber band quality (being a mother who makes bracelets with them for my daughter as a new hobby). These bands stretch well and can be manipulated on the loom in intricate designs without snapping. No noticeable odor to them (which can be an issue). You will notice they are not cut uniformly (in perfect, even rings) but as long as they stretch well and don't break, you will not notice this when the bracelets are done. When making hair bands, these rubber bands do have a little tug to them so kids who are tender-headed may find them difficult to have in their hair. I will order these again when my supply gets low!

I've fought this feeling for a while but then I got the review e-mail from Amazon saying: 'How did this item meet your expectations?' and that made me write this down...I bought the Orange Resistance Band a couple weeks ago. I didn't even get to use it very much, though, because the day I got it - it's been already broken, I guess. I unpacked the band with no problems. Everything looked just fine but when I tried to pull it I noticed that there was a bit of the end just hanging off of the band. (I guess they make these from one really long piece and just roll it together.)Anyway, I pulled that hung end a little and it got a bit longer. So I pulled it again and again for like a minute or so until I had the other end in my hand.You can take a look at the attached photo. That's what I'm stuck with right now. I actually tried to unwind it, unsuccessfully though.I don't know, the other ones may be just fine but this is what happened to me. Almost every loom band is not clean shape; half of the band is thinner than the other side, which cause a snap. Color variation was good, and amount is great for the price, but "Xtra Strengh" sounds misleading.

This one, and all the others work very well, however, I did have to knock a few stars odd.(-1 Star) I have two of the oranges and I did notice after using one for a week or two, it became permanently more stretched out.(-1 Star) I wanted to purchase all the bands, but amazon only offers them separately. I thought, ok, I'll buy the ones I need now and get the rest next time I get paid since separate is my only option. I ordered this one and the red one. After some research, on Serious Steel's website, they offer the entire set for less money ($20 or so) than purchasing them separately here. I would have done that in an instant if i knew about it. I am a little disappointed that there is no option here for the whole set or advertisement about the entire set discount on their website. I ended up ordering the set from their site and kept the two from here since the return shipping was too costly. Wasted money.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this toothpaste! I noticed a difference the first time using it, and my teeth feel so much cleaner! I love it! I do love this, and I even have my son using it now in the mornings, after the 1st time using it, he actually said my teeth feel so clean! Totally worth a try! Love it, I wish I had taken before and after photos though. I do like this toothpaste and leaves your breath smelling good, also doesn't leave a mess. The toothpaste starts off black then soon turns white. I have purchased another tube and would recommend.
