I’ve been using the light/fan for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. I thought there was a problem with it but it turned out to be the local power supply. I only mention this as Jinwell were very quick to respond and would definitely use them again. This model does not have a dim function Jinwell do do a model that has if this is important to you. The ability to change the grid that directs the airflow via the remote is very useful. While it’s not silent it is quieter then ceiling fans I had in the past.

Absolutely ace! Bought this for our bedroom - it’s a beautiful light in its own right, but the fan element makes it just perfect. Position the grille to suit your individual taste just like in a car - keeps us cool all night.

Bought this item did have to wait for eight weeks before I put it up for the coronavirus put it up but fan doesn’t work and now I can’t return the product not very good at understanding Doesn’t even supply a battery for the remote control I have to give it a star but don’t want to

Took way to long to arrive from Thailand and looks nothing like the picture.Haven’t installed it.
