Its worked for me, all masks will press a little on the lids but this one isnt that bad. If I were asked to reccomend it, I'd say yes.

I've never had to use sleep masks. I thought I didn't need one. When I started getting plagued by migraines and my C-PTSD nightmares increased, it was suggested by my doctor that I try a sleep mask. Reluctantly I did and I'm so glad I trusted this particular mask. Its so comfortable and it truly blocks out 100% of all light sources. A pleasant surprise was the soothing way the actual mask felt when worn. Like a woobie for my eyes! Absolutely recommend.

Likes: Soft, comfortable, keeps light out. Comes with small soft case & ear plugs.Dislikes: stretches out. Will last about 3 months before it’s too big for my head and Velcro begins to not stick as well. Wish they lasted longer, but otherwise, very comfortable

This is the best sleep mask that I have tried. It blocks all the light yet has an extremely comfortable fit. Probably the only negative I have for it is that if using it on a hot night it can tend to get a bit warm.

These are very comfortable to were and after a couple minutes you forget they you even have them on.

This is the best eye mask I've tried to date. Unlike many others, it does exactly what it says & blocks light perfectly... not 75% or 90%, but completely. I'm a side sleeper & while many claim to work for all sleepers, they don't.

This eye cover does a nice job sealing out light while staying cool. I find it has just the right amount of padding without making it bulky.

Love this eye mask... very comfortable and completely blocks of light.
