The picture is super clear day or night. Easy to set up and use.Sellers arei quick to respond to any inquiries and makesure the customer is satisfied with their productUnit does not work with batteries. Update: Unit heats up every day now, which corrupts the sd card. Doesnt always record even with motion. I was told by Smonet to unplug the unit for a while when it heats up. That does not work anymore.

Don't do it. Just don't. It works really well WHEN it works. They say just take it out of the box, plug it in and you're golden. NOPE. One camera of two was synced, I couldn't find anything in the manual to give me instruction. Oh my goodness the instruction manual. It's formatted in horrible broken English that makes uneducated text messages seen like Shakespearean prose.My wife unplugged the ONE camera (again of two mind you) to move the plug to a different outlet and now it won't connect. I've reset the tablet and the camera and NOTHING. Do ya thing a Google search netted any results? Nope. Nothing.Spend the extra money to get a system that WORKS, comes with instructions that make sense, and that you can troubleshoot.

Been using this Security Camera System for over a week now and encountered no problem with its operation. Primarily, I like the picture clarity or quality of the camera - high definition video and best color display. Since the system has its own Wi-Fi system, viewing the video in real time using the NVR is an advantage because it does not join my home Wi-Fi. It can be connected to the home Wi-Fi so you can view the videos online with a smartphone. Since the recording is done with a microSD card, power requirements are low compared to the hard drive systems. What I like most is that the NVR can be opened using a set of batteries, so portability is featured here, you can carry the NVR anywhere to view without plugging it to the wall power supply and also the NVR has already a monitor , it is used just like a tablet. Battery life is descent enough. The NVR can be hanged in any wall you want. I highly recommend this product to anybody interested in reliable security systems. Other common features are included in the system.

they just a pain to stay online they go offlune alot and i have a 500mbp internet system so i wod not buy againupdate july 20 still cameras suck will never purchase again im def asking for a refund screen does not pick up or sinc cameras also they go offline 90% of the time and i have the best wifi service there is so no thanks DO NOT BUY spend a lil extra and buy something better!

This product is nice and cool, it’s easy to install and easy to use with an app, it can be downloaded on your phone, you can keep your home safe even from your hand! Great product!

This is our first time purchasing a security camera for the house. I've done quite an amount of research comparing. I decided to purchase this one. So far... we're in love with it. Clarity is amazing even at night. Everyone has their own opinion but I'm really glad we purchased this.

I got video for maybe 2 minutes on one camera, then it failed and I never got it back. A good idea if it worked. I returned mine for refund. I got a cheap 10 inch Android tablet and it worked with 4 wireless Reolink cameras.

Monitor won't connect to Samsung S6, monitor changes time zones on it's own, disconnects from wireless network. The app IP Pro 3 is not in the play store. Downloaded IP Pro but can't connect phone to monitor. Waiting for an answer from seller. Seller has being working with me every day to solve my problem with monitor. Monitor now connects to phone with no problems; however, the monitor turns off and back on at random time frames. Seller has been very pro active helping me.
