Great purchase
I have a 2016 jeep jk, the B slots work great so it sits flush. I didn’t have to do anything to it to make it fit better, easy to install! Very happy with it!

Few frustrations, but overall a solid choice
I bought this kit to install a touchscreen radio in my wife’s 2010 Dodge Avenger. It is her “beater” car, and had the basic single disc radio, which the CD player stopped working in. Also didn’t have Bluetooth for hands free, so it was time for a change.Overall, I’d say the kit was a solid purchase for the money. The harness works, the antenna adapter works, and with some modifications to the car bezel and the dash kit (more on that to follow), that works as well. The harness: Appears to be good quality to me, and has most of the critical wires. It does not have the switched power wire, but before buying this kit I looked at numerous other harnesses, and none of them I found do. Not sure why that is, but oh well. As it happens, I also installed a hardwired dash cam, so I was able to pull switched power with that and go from the fuse box. Harness seems to work perfectly, so while annoying with the switched power, doesn’t seem to be unique to this kit. And it does come with a fused wire to use for switched power, you just have to find somewhere to hook it in, so at least there’s that. Also, it doesn’t have wires for illumination or dimmer, but that seems to be a common thing as well among other brands.Antenna adapter: not much to say here, plugged in, works.Dash kit: This is my main pain point of the kit. Some of my issues were due to the radio, I assume. Possibly all of them were, who knows. I bought a no-name Android unit on here for about $100, so it’s possible if I’d have gone with a “better” radio, I’d be fine. Either way, I had to drill out the mounting holes so I could mount it to my radio. When I went to put the radio trim bezel back in the car, it didn’t fit over the radio and mount kit. The brackets weren’t quite square with the opening, and the radio went further down than the opening. As fate would have it, I needed a new cigarette lighter socket anyway (blew the fuse the second you turned on the key), so I bought another bezel of eBay and modified it so the radio would fit. Made it wider at the corners where needed, and trimmed the bottom to fit the radio. I was a bit hasty, so it doesn’t look as nice as it could, but that’s on me. Overall, with minor modification to the brackets, they seem to be doing the job.Connector kit: honestly, they look like they are good quality, but I don’t like crimp connectors. I was going to just solder everything myself, but decided to try out the heat shrink connectors with solder in them, worked like a charm. Now we wait and see how they hold up.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I do think the brackets could be a bit more sturdy, but they work. And I also think that these harnesses could pull switched power from the car. The factory radio does, so why they don’t have that I don’t know. Same with illumination and dimmer. It may not be limited to this kit, but this is the one I bought and those are my frustrations with it, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5.

Not as described would love a refund for time spent replacing missing parts.
Item was described as used like new and was being sold by Amazon so I figured I'd save a couple dollars which ended up costing me a lot more in the long run. I started this radio replacement on the weekend as I had time and at first was pleased everything seemed to be in unused condition. I removed the factory radio and was into connecting the new head unit connectors to the Scosche plug provided with this Amazon purchase. Once into project I notice on the instructions that someone had previously marked the antenna adapter as missing (first pic). I went out rechecked the package and it in fact was not included. 3 stores later I found one at Best Buy. I then contacted Scosche to ask if their adapter plug was to have a red Power wire on it as well as there was only a yellow on their plug. It was then I was advised there was a separate power wire supplied with an inline fuse (seen later on product pic) that was also missing from this purchased Item. I would like to say that the tech support from Scosche were very helpful and there is no issue them here they actually helped me out twice. More trips to the store to solve this power wire issue and finally I get the new radio head unit operating and ready to install in the dash only to find out one of the brackets was cracked (pics 2-3). I don’t know if there is quality control on re-sale items like this but they sure dropped the ball. In hindsight I should have returned purchase after I found the adapter missing but by then everything was out of dash already. Having spent close to $40 on replacement parts (receipts available) a refund for my purchase would not even cover my costs. If nothing else Please do a better job of verifying all parts are included before re-selling returned items.

It'll get the job done.
Purchased this kit for a 2014 Grand Caravan install, using the Pioneer AVH-241EX as the radio. Overall, installation is a breeze and mounts to the radio very easily, and looks better than the Metra equivalent. Downside is this kits design is a bit older, dating back to when most double din radios had a longer 'nose' that would protrude from the main body. A lot of new radio, at least from what I've experienced, are favoring butting the screen all the way to the body itself to allow for shallower mounting depth, but also to give that extra quarter inch of screen real-estate. This leads to an issue where the left and right 'filler pieces' that are attached to the brackets with this kit protrude a bit further than the screen and a gap can be seen on both left/right sides. Using some black foam tape would cover this up, but I opted for modding the kit by filing down the edge of the brackets that rest again the body of the radio, allowing me to pull the brackets back a bit more. The problem here can then be that, depending on your radio, the provided screw slots on the bracket may not align to radio mounting holes.
