SURPRISE Men's 100% Silk Shirt # 207 Beige

It's been a very wicked-hot summer here in Texas so I bought a number of these to help me stay cool.I had to return my original shirts because the size was entirely too small. If you normally wear a "LARGE" please note that you probably will have to return them and reorder an EXTRA LARGE as I did. I think LARGE in China is different than LARGE in the western world.PROS...Doesn't hold and trap heat like heavier shirts do.CONS...My original silk shirts I bought many years ago at a local store did a great job of allowing moisture to escape my torso but these SURPRISE shirts (despite being much thinner silk material) don't and they are not very good on a humid day.The sewing doesn't look very durable and one button on one shirt on the sleeve came off after the first day of wearing it, and before ever going into the washer (I always wash my silk shirts by themselves on delicate...)One thing I'll add that is a "bonus" for me. These shirts have such odd patterns, I can wear them on our ranch here in Texas and I'm basically blending into the background. I like that, because people running scams who try and sell everything from left over asphalt, to "fresh Gulf shrimp" always stop near my gate when they see me working outside but these SURPRISE shirts blend in with the vegetation so well, nobody can see me (or they might simply think "what's that space alien doing out there in that cow pasture?"

The shirts are of a very lightweight silk, which is what we were hoping for. They will pack easily for travel. Very pleased with the purchase. And the price was right!

Thin but real silk

Real silk! Nice feel!

I think the size of the Asian people is smaller than the Americans'.I wear medium size but it is a big bigger for me. Luckily it is not that big that I cannot wear but it is still big for me.

Unremarkable shirt. Rather small and very lightweight. Certainly not a dress shirt.

It is a very good shirt for those people who wants to stay fresh, well dress into informal gathering with a touch of elegance, delivery in less time than expect. Good purchase.
