Bien Star, Spin Mop,Mop Bucket Set, Comes With 3 Gifts

I received a return item.tgey resold an item that was returned to them..my bucket unit is cracked down 1 side I assembled easily ..proceeded withe corecy amount directed on the fill here line began to mop ..moved the unit using it's very useful but flimsy handle ..sat it down and proceeded ..aw I started to mop the area of bucket I notice a puddle..felt the unit ,looked at the unit and a crack , long crack on the side..not only that the mop head original package with logo was opened ripped down the seem with a brand-new mop head...I'm attempting to return this item just to be replaced...as far as the ease ,handyness, and style is an low quality but very sufficient on cleaning ..you get your money's worth, this unit is very cute and handy and work well in the hands of adults other than that I think the previous owner of my unit was a bit rough , thank you and all in all review of the product unit would be satisfied if proper items were sent as I ordered .

I SHOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR....I ordered this product, it was suppose to have 3 extra mop heads, a duster, and a squeegee,,I thought to myself, what a deal...WRONG !!!The only thing in the box was the mop and bucket...it feels really cheap.. I had a QVC spin mop but left it in Illinois when we moved...I realky liked it..

I ordered this for two reasons. The price, and because it was on wheels. Unfortunately I got what I paid for, and it was missing a wheel. I want to like it and had it had both wheels and been mobile, I would’ve given it 5 stars. I really like it, it is super functional and though smaller than most spin mop buckets I actually prefer that since I swap out dirty water quite often. I just wish it would’ve come with two wheels.

Ok, finally used this mop. I love the design of the bucket and how small it stores. It didn't come with instructions so it took me a sec to figure out all that it does, in the base of the bucket you get the center of the mop head over the center knob thingy (handle straight up from the head, it can lock at an angle for mopping, you need it straight) and press down on the mop handle and it spins like crazy in the water and all of the dirt from the mop gets trapped below a perforated floor so your mop doesn't touch any dirt each time you dip. In the top to kind of wring out some of the water you do the same as in the bottom, just get it centered and press down and it spins like crazy and the excess drains right back into the bucket part (once you do it a couple times it's super quick and easy). It's small enough that when done I just turned it on its side in my double size sink and sprayed it all out and left it upside down at an angle half open to drain in my sink. I'm up north and my floors get covered in salt if all boots aren't immediately removed, so I needed to mop really bad, and this got them perfect, just used a little bit of floor cleaning solution and it was quick and easy. I wish it wasn't pink and purple but who cares, I think it's the most cleverly designed for storage I could find. You can use the fold up wagon style handle to pull it around on its back wheels while mopping or just use the handle and pick it up and move it, I used the handle, it doesn't use a crazy amount of water so it isn't heavy or splashy and you don't have to close it up to pick it up and move it. The only thing you have to figure out when it arrives is how to put the handle together, and then snap a mop head in to place, you can figure out the handle, look at the picture on the box, each piece looks different. This also came with 2 extra replacement mop heads, a squeegee and a duster all made with the same soft material as the mop heads.

This is perfect. Mopping is so much easier now. I actually look forward to it.

Excellent idea, crap execution. Bucket is a good overall idea, but wheels and support kept snapping off. Also, mop itself was good, couldnt find any extra mop heads.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! This is the worst product ever, it came broken, the bucket leaks, the pole on the mop it self is bent and it feels super cheap and feels like it’s about to break, the mop sheds as well don’t waste your money on this!!!!! This is the worst product ever EVERRRRRR! I’m returning tomorrow!
