I was not planning on writing a review, but seeing someone else rank this chair as 5 stars is just untrue. The draw of this chair is the android tablet controller. Sadly, this is where this chair falls way to short.I kept this chair for almost a month. It certainly looks good. All my extended family members tried it out and felt affraid of the intensity of the airbags on their arms and feet. I got used to it but can attest the levels of air intensity do not make a difference, its essentially on high or off. Otherwise the massage functions were enough to meet my needs. To be certain I went to a local retailer and compared its performance to all their top tier models. The only one that had this chair beat was the Dreamxxx which costs 12K.However, the key differentiator is the tablet included with this chair! Truly a game changer in simplicity and entertainment... if it fully worked as advertised.I soon discovered that the play store was set in Chinese so I contacted the seller, in China, who tried to work with me and the manufacturer to change the language to English. This went on for a month only to come to the conclusion that they could not change the app to English. This means I cannot install apps! I was unable to pair my Galaxy S10+ or iPhone 10 so that I could play audio through the speakers. I was left to using the web browser to watch YouTube relaxation videos in order to test the video and sound capabilities. Sadley even this began to degrade in performance and reliability as videos failed to play and maximize on the screen.So as a hopeful tech guy, I was rightfully disappointed with the failed promise of this chair. Thankfully the seller was kind enough, through my Amazon escalations, to pay for the return shipping (which would have costed me more than the entire chair otherwise) and issued a full refund. If you want the massage features and can handle the kungfu grip airbags then save $1500 and get their non-tablet model. Otherwise, heed this warning if you don't understand Chinese. Hopefully other massage chairs will invest in tablets that work better in the US in the future. Until then I'm done with these chairs.

Today I received my new real relax massage chair, I love it very much. Pretty appearance looks attractive, the button looks like something metal, fell durable. It has changing led lights and loud speakers. The most amazing features is its smart touch screen control, use it to play music and watch video. When I sit into the chair, I feel the back rollers to detecting my body, and my foot extends and retracts to fit my height. Tapping the control, there are many menus and settings. It has 8preset modes, I tried relax mode, It feel like the robot's hand moves from my neck to my thighs, full body airbags work, and their intensity can be adjustable. The foot and back can move up and down, touching the heat button, experience warm massage. As an office worker, I often feel my neck and shoulder sore, this chair relieves the pain and soreness. It works great, love it.

Looks good, but broke after less than 2 weeks. Seller wanted me to either replace mother board or disconnect and then reconnect it. Don't know how to do that, and it probably would have voided the warrantee.

Use the massage programs every nite watching tv. What a beautiful piece of furniture. Very comfortable to sit in when not using the massage programs
