Vegan supplement!!
What I love the most about this product that it is Vegan and organic! It suggests one should take this supplement twice daily to see results. There are 60 capsules in the bottle so it will last you a month! It helps in balancing the hormones and metabolism. It's been two days that I've been taking these supplements and I can feel that it has improved my metabolism. I would definitely be getting them again once i run out! Being a Vegan, its hard to find supplements but this is great!

Really amazing!
Taking it since earlier this week, they are great. It is great for vegans because kelp is : kelp is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E, as well as minerals including zinc, iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper and calcium. In fact it contains the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food - 10 times more than milk.The captules were easy to swallow and have become part of my regular routine
