Black comes off and missing parts
From first view, it seems like a good, solid, well-made product, but since it has been installed (2 weeks), a lot of the black is coming off of the handle, spout, and shower arm. Upon opening the item, the shower arm was missing a couple of the rubber pieces the water is supposed to come out of. They promised to send, had me take pictures, and I never got anything. Last, during installation, we found out the hose that they sent us had a hole in it. We had to go all over town to find a replacement, and it cost a lot of extra money. They did offer to replace it, but it would have taken too long to get here in the needed time when we were replacing the tub and faucets.

Excellent quality and finish
We love this knew faucet, I never thought I could say that a bout a fixture, but this is a beautiful piece and works so beautifully. Couldn't ask for a better deal.
