Great item for price, helpful customer service
The sleep mask has done well to suit my needs. I am now able to listen to audio books as I got to sleep and not get tangled in audio cables or feel the discomfort of laying on earbuds or headphones. The item holds a charge for a good amount of time (~6hrs). When my first set was I expected, customer service was quick and prompt to satisfy.

Comfortable and practical
Very soft and comfortable eye mask. Easy to use and sounds great for soft relaxing music. The Bluetooth is very convenient so you don't have to fall asleep with cables stuck to your head. Overall seems very practical and have no complaints

Made of a very bad material, not comfortable for the face
The product is made of very hard material and difficult to keep them in the eyes and sleep, for me it is very large for women and the part of the speakers is hard for the ear area.

Uncomfortable
It doesn’t really look like the picture. There are bulges on the outside of the seams. For me it was very uncomfortable, I didn’t even try to sleep with it before returning.
