Just as load as a pencil on paper I would say. I will say that the texture does a number on the pencil nibs. They will wear down quickly.

Q: Can I put this on top of a protective temper glass screen protector?

Yes, you should put this over your existing screen protector. This film is thin, it won't protect your iPad, and yes it will work with 2 layers.

Yes! Works with my kids air 4 and 2nd generation pencil.
