Over all seems like the best protection available right now. Excellent coverage all around, light weight, easy to use and adjust. I did not like the cheap looking shiny white plastic layer, which reminds me of the styrene tray packing material for cookies or toys. Also, in really large letters under the front rim is “patent pending”, which isn’t necessary from the user perspective. Finally, girls with pony tails will have to move the pony tail to just the right spot, and it’s a very small spot (where a pony tail can exit the helmet). And it would have to be a very thin pony tail.

Love this helmet! It is sleek and stylish. So easy to put on my 4yr old son can do it himself. He is quite the sweater, especially while playing roller hockey and riding his scooter this helmet has great airflow and is super comfortable. He loves it. The magnetic clasp is so easy it can be done with one hand and never pinches, also the chin strap never gets twisted and always lines up perfectly because of how it attaches to the ear loop area. Will never buy another type of helmet!

This is just the best helmetI love the magnetic closure, the visor and the full head fit.Will buy them for the whole fam!

I got the size medium expecting it to fit my 6 year old son, but while the helmet is adjustable to his head circumference, the under chin straps are too long for his skull (maybe if you have a child with an oval shaped head instead of a round one like mine you wouldn't have this issue) and the strap gets difficult to tighten appropriately. It's a shame because if the side straps didn't have such a long V-section on each side, then you could get this helmet to age with you from age 6 to 12 even because I was able to get my 12 year old to wear it and it fit her snugly.The strap is also unusual in that there is a magnetic catch instead of the traditional buckle. I'm not sure that it's easier to put on, but it's definitely easier to take off the catch and I'm a little worried about it popping off in case of spills. Otherwise, the helmet is incredibly sturdy, provides very good skull coverage, is lightweight, and attractive.

This is hands down the best helmet my kids have used. In the past I've had a really hard time getting them to wear them.because they complain that helmets are too hot uncomfortable. However, my kids were fighting over who got to wear this one. It was very easy to adjust the sizing on each child's head. There are interchangeable 3mm and 6mm pads on the inside and an easy adjustable dial to adjust the inner circumference.My favorite feature by a long shot is the magnetic latching chin strap. I used to be afraid that I would accidentally pinch them when putting on the chin strap. This one can be attached quickly and with one hand and no fear of pinching. It holds securely in place and won't come undone until you squeeze the clip to release it.My kids laughed at the "Listen to your Mom" inscribed on the interior. They asked why it was there and I asked them "How many times have I told you to put on a helmet...listen to your mom. ;-)"I've been very pleased with both the performance and fit of this helmet.

In my 30 plus years of serious cycling I had one bad wreck. I hit head first into the pavement. I hit so hard I can still remember it even though it was almost ten years ago. My head was fine but my helmet was cracked. I know it saved my life! Always wear a helmet!My four year old grandson is cycling now and he always wears a helmet - even when starting out with training wheels. This is a great helmet with extra protection on the back of the head. I don't know the statistics of how often that is needed but it doesn't create any problems and yes it still looks goods. Perfect fit, comfortable, looks good. It has an easy adjustment that you simply turn on the back of the helmet to snug it up. You should still hook the strap. Also works for scooters, skateboards, etc.Always wear a helmet!

I ordered this for my granddaughter. It's one of the better fits among the helmets I have tried for her. We still can't get the straps to keep the helmet on her head straight, so we are going to a bike shop to have this fit her professionally. Things I like about this hat is that it has air vents all over the hat so she doesn't sweat as bad and adds a little ventilation. There is a cushioned barrier on the top of the head, at the forehead, around the sides and the back. There is a message on the back of the helmet (inside) that says "Listen to your mom!" cute.
