Just getting into carp fishing after what seems a lifetime of pleasure angling. These are my first introduction to using PVA bags, I purchased them on a recommendation of a friend who has been a carp fisherman for a long, long time and started using these when they first came out.They are absolutely brilliant. Make the job so easy.

I use these whenever fishing solid bags, they are very neat and quick to make which is ideal when getting a rig onto a showing fish.

Dislike as loading collar broke ; bags stick together

It took 10 minutes of frustration, broken thumb nail and a knife to get past the seal on the polythene bag containing the PVA bags only to be greeted by PVA bags that were impossible to open as moisture in the air had presumably sealed them shut. Buying a replacement kit from another supplier simply repeated the experience. This does not appear to be an issue with the refill bags as Fox have adopted a different design for the polythene bags so it appears that they have recognise the issue. However, what might have been a pleasant experience has been soured by faulty packaging and inadequate testing rendering the product unusable.
