This item is super fun and great for muscle training! The string is adjustable and the ball is quite hard, so I always wear at least grappling gloves when training as it gets sore on you knuckles if you practice for longer.

It comes not put together and can take some time to put it in an ideal position. I do have think if your not experienced with this type of stuff it could be dangerous because if you miss it it can swing back. For the money I do think it is a bit expensive for what it is. But when using it it does improve some accuracy but not by much. I would recommend this product for beginners at boxing or some type of fighting where you would perhaps want something to learn punches on. I would also recommend this for people who want it for fun because it is a very fun product when it’s going smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend it to children since if you miss it it can swing back.

I don't normally go to the effort of reviewing but I think this time I really owe it to anyone thinking of purchasing this item. First of all it literally is just a ball on a strong with a strap. The value of these items is probably less than £1; the price therefore is not in any way justifiable. Other than that it arrives in a pathetic box with no instructions for assembly or use. When I did use it I found firstly that the ball tends to spin rapidly on its axis causing the string to get very twisted. As well as this there is a hard plastic nodule on the axis of the ball which is attached to the string. When your knuckles hit this it hurts and even split the skin to the point where I had blood running down my hand after maybe 10mins of use. The string also has the possibility to get wrapped around your neck very quickly, potentially a very dangerous characteristic. Please avoid this item and certainly keep it away from children. The worst product I have ever purchased with Amazon and I hope this review will be taken seriously and the item fully scrutinised. Not fit for purpose.

I wont lie, i wasnt expecting anything great for the price, however this arrived very quickly from the time of ordering and i used it for 10minutes at a time last night over the course of an hour and it was great, I drilled a few basic boxing moves, Jab, Double Jab, Jab Straight, then just the straight.Reactions and speed will only get better with this product i believe and at such a low price its worth a shot.
