I find these perfect for getting off mascara once it has dried. I also use them to buff color under my eyes if I was heavy handed.

Very bendy and cheap
Not like the better known swabs. If you don’t mind them bending with the slightest use, then you’ll like these. But if you do mind them being too thin and bending way too easily, then don’t buy these. Just sayin… wish I knew.
