Very good.
Good degreaser but since my original purchase postage costs for this item have increased to the point where is prohibitively expensive to buy again.

Ok
This didn’t work for the purpose it was bought. Gunk usually does a great job, not sure if this is the same stuff 😐

Perfect, DOES actually work, DOES require rinsing.
I think people are kind of misunderstanding what type of product this is. Contrary to some peoples' brash assumptions, it *is* a degreaser. I know it is because I've used it to clean my whole motorbike, including the swingarm, wheels, shock and degrease the chain. It worked a treat.HOWEVER. It isn't an evaporating or residue-free degreaser like some others, hence some comments about it being 'soapy'. Where (for example) Fenwicks Concentrate is a non-foamy watery product, and aerosol brake cleaners will simply evaporate off leaving no residue, this one DOES foam a bit and produce suds. This makes it really useful for brushing onto surfaces and small fittings. But it NEEDS rinsing off with water (cold water, for various reasons you should always be using cold water). When brushed on, left for a minute to act, and rinsed off with plain water, it works fantastically well.It isn't the kind of degreaser you just lightly throw on a surface, come back a minute later and the dirt is gone. It's a soapy product for heavier jobs, but if you use it correctly (brush on, wait, rinse off) it's VERY good.I don't know what else to say to convince you; the proof's in the pudding, and my recently-filthy bike is now spotlessly clean (and it was real, black, oily grime, too, not just mud and dust). So if it didn't work for you, you're doing it wrong.A point of comparison: I've also used Muc-Off's similar dilute bike cleaner and Fenwicks concentrate cleaner at various dilutions, and this one is far more useful than both of those simply for how soapy it gets. It spreads over a larger area, runs off less and stays on a surface better to penetrate more. The corollary of that is it does need rinsing off more thoroughly and promptly.

It actually makes the grime cling on to the engine!
It's really not very good. It's dreadful!I had about a quarter of a 1lt tin of Gunk left. Not enough to clean a big V8 engine. I ordered 5lt of this pink Gunk. The engine was filthy. Very thick oil and dirt. A thick layer of crud.I started with the old Gunk. Brushed it on. Ran out and carried on with this pink stuff. It didn't take long. Then I rinsed it all off. Where I had used the old Gunk, the engine came up so well. This pink Gunk hadn't touched it.Even worse, the oil and dirt had turned into a paste. It clung on. I had to scrape it off with screw drivers, old knives and so on.I tried it with a wire brush. The paste just clogged the brush up. The Gunk wouldn't even clean it of the brush. It took me 5 hours. All the time the part of the engine that had the old Gunk on it, was bright and clean. This 5lt of Gunk is worse than useless!I'll be using the proper Gunk, in the red tin, from now on.Ive been using Gunk since the 1970s. It's fantastic stuff. I trusted the brand name. I thought that it would be good. After all, it's Gunk! I was wrong. This pink Gunk is worse than using nothing. It's so bad. It's made cleaning my engine much, much harder. It would have been easier to use plain water.Gunk. If you're listening. You should be ashamed. You should never have put your name onto this rubbish.1lt of proper Gunk would have cleaned up the whole engine. I saw 5lts of Gunk for about £10. Of course I bought it. But, it's not real Gunk.I used all 5 lts of this rubbish. Scrubbing away for hours and I ran out before I'd cleaned half of the engine.Globs of black paste are in the tight places. It's a nightmare. Changed into putty by this pink Gunk.I think that I'm going to have to buy some paraffin and some cheap paint brushes. I just hope that it won't take me days to clean it up.This is...I don't know what it is...how can a degreaser turn oil into black snot?If you do buy it....try it on a small section. See what it does. Don't go covering the whole thing in it like I did.Honestly, I wish that I'd never bought it. It's cost me so much hard work. Tomorrow, I will have to go out and start scraping again🙁I had to give it 1 star. It wouldn't let me give no stars. 1 out of five implies 20% It isn't good enough to deserve 20%It deserves a negative score. I would give it minus 5 if I could. I wouldn't use this if it was free!If I won a lifetime supply of this rubbish I'd ask if I could swap it for half a dozen tins of real Gunk.I hope that I have warned someone. Saved someone from the sort of mess it's made for me.Buy the original Gunk. Forget this rubbish.Best wishes to you.
