The media could not be loaded. Dude, this thing is INCREDIBLE! It takes forever to build - like 5 hours. Play a movie on the background - more than one if is not lord of the ring extended edition - grab coffee and create this masterpiece. The instruction are well written, the building process is well structured. And the engineering is WOW! This s*** can move!!! Really cool. And when is all done is also really beautiful. Buy it.

I loved the quality of the pieces and the entire product. What I think was one of the best aspects was the instructions and the organization of the pieces. I have since ordered several other items for family members and the red Jeep for myself. When I went to start the Jeep, I was disappointed in the instruction book and the lack of organization in the pieces. It's not the same at all. I hope you have more sets with the instructions of the shark, than the Jeep, or you will probably lose return customers. Because I loved the shark so much, I'm willing try purchase another set and see how well the organization of the pieces is, and the instruction book.

The media could not be loaded. Nice set and great value for the money. It is an age 16+ but my 6 year old assembled it with my help. These "knock-off" Lego sets are a great alternative to actual Lego with regards to finding different types of set types(Lego doesn't have a hammerhead like this) and not spending a fortune.If you're not super into Lego you would have a hard time telling the difference between actual lego. However, the knock-off Lego brands are far inferior to actual Lego and this set is no different. The pieces don't always snap and stay together properly. The manual is not as easy to read. And after following the directions I found that some pieces interfered with the movement of this set, so I had to relocate them to have all the pieces move smoothly.Regardless this is a great set and my son loves it. It is actually one of the more interesting sets that I own.

This set was a gift for my girlfriend, she built it in one day (although taking many hours). The shark itself is pretty big and has three separate joints that it can move at, being the tail, the midsection, and the head. The shark is put onto plastic holding pieces above the scene, which is very detailed and interesting. One complaint is none of the bags had any numbering signifying which order they were meant to he built in, along with many pieces that were required being in other bags. This caused a lot of loose pieces that needed to be paid attention to.

I got this and I am pretty good at LEGO. I’m not master by any means, but I’ve dealt with some pretty difficult or intricate sets before. And when I say this set is bad, I mean it. The idea and execution of the set is great. I love it. The issue is the building. Several pieces were either too loose or too tight. Putting pieces on was either a dream or a nightmare. And don’t even get me started on pulling the pieces apart if you made even the slightest mistake. Several of the instructions were incorrect, and required improvisation on my part. I have no problem with improvising, but the issue is that the instructions are often wrong or misleading, and that could confuse and frustrate young or new LEGO builders. The parts where it required me to put legos on the side of the shark were the absolute worse. It took me a solid 30 minutes to get them on and even the slightest movement or mistake can pop them off. I know I can’t expect perfection from a knockoff brand, but I wasn’t expecting this.

Bought as a gift for my son and he enjoyed putting it together. It’s a good size, challenging without being difficult.
