A must have read for business owners struggling with employees
We've really struggled to find and keep good employees in our business. This book outlines all the steps of hiring, developing, promoting, and firing employees, and after reading it, I can see why we've struggled so much. The processes and information outlined here are going to be game changers for us. Natalie outlines so succinctly and clearly the road map for hiring the people you want and how to set them and your company up for success and growth. Wish I had read this book 10 years ago when we were first starting our business!

awesome take aways
I bought the book for my leadership team and we have been dissecting each step. They are enjoying the read. I’m happy to say, my management team had already incorporated many of the steps. We are tweaking areas of improvement and aligning our model with Cardone’s. The management team is excited about the process and we are learning together. We are changing our interview process, aligning our vision, goals, and core values with business functions in mind, looking to build a power house environment to go fully remote in 3 years. Thanks for writing Team Work. As an owner, I have a better perspective on how to incorporate a meaning by in with all team members. I have learned a lot reading this book. Great read.

If you consider yourself a "leader", you NEED THIS BOOK.
I'm in awe of the abundance of information there is in this book... It's one thing to read a book about certain ideologies and whatnot, but Natalie literally gives you a step-by-step on HOW TO DO THINGS. She teaches you EVERYTHING you need to know about how to build your teams. EVERYTHING.Down to the hiring process (even going into detail about certain questions to ask and red flags to look out for), how to ALIGN your team (which, I never realized how important it was until I read this book), and even how to develop people (which is so important if you're looking for loyal employees that WANT to work for you). She even goes over how to properly fire someone and the steps and processes you should take when that happens.This book has answers to almost ANY of your people questions. From the minute I started reading it, I couldn't put it down.It also helps that her personality really shines through in this book, which is a HUGE plus. Sometimes self-help books tend to come off as robotic, but it truly feels like she's in the room with you, going over everything, and it makes the reading experience that much better.If I could give more stars, I would. Now excuse me while I go order some more books for my co-workers, so they can read this book too!

Engaging and Prescriptive! Don't wait! Build your Team!
Natalie opens with: "I am an expert at leading teams and developing people; my goal is to make you an expert too. And in a fraction of the time it took me." And YES she delivers! This book is a comprehensive must for the entrepreneur/business owner or intrapreneur who seeks to build and scale a high performance team. It would also be a great help to the leader who needs to upskill and build culture with an existing team. The content is well developed and prescriptive. Natalie's writing style is engaging and no nonsense. Each chapter builds on the last, yet each can stand alone in those moments of truth when you need a manual to solve a problem or GPS for the next step. I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie and the Cardone Ventures team and can attest that from top to bottom, they practice what Natalie teaches in this book. Heck the process examples, forms and the step by step how to execute is worth untold $$$'s but the biggest reason to buy this book is the team you build will be clear on vision, committed to executing the mission and bound by shared values and the purpose of "WE" success. That is how everyone makes real $$$$$$$$'s and how everyone can attain their PPF's! Best wishes to you and your team!

Best HR book I’ve ever read
As an entrepreneur of a rapidly growing 200+ person company, this book came at a great time. This was filled with so much action and practical steps you can implement into your business to drastically improve culture, alignment, and so much more. This is now required reading for my HR team and I’m implementing every single lesson into the company.

TeamWork is an exceptional resource for building and managing teams locally and globally
The media could not be loaded. TeamWork is an exceptional book.What makes it exceptional is it is both elegant and well-written while simultaneously being practical and easy to implement. This is not an easy balance to achieve in any book. It is clear that Natalie is a practitioner of what she says, not an academic with a new theory.As a leader with teams in Asia, US and Mexico, I have been able rapidly implement the processes and concepts in the book with my managers within days of reading about them. The forms referenced in the printed version of the book are exceptionally useful in implementing clearly defined processes for generating the results laid out in the book.Whether you manage teams locally in a small business or you are building a global powerhouse, you won't be disappointed with TeamWork.
